sounded like a kid playing with a phone dialed my number randomly.  the message was only backround noise and indistinct voices.

Rcd a call telling us that our bank card was being cancelled....

A man called and said he was a private investigator involved with collections and "he was coming to get his money and I'd better be ready."  He then laughed and said he was with a collection agency and could collect the money owed my firm.  I hung up.  He was almost threatening which is why I searched on this site

I received the same call today from a man stating he was a private investigator involved with collections and "he was coming to get his money and I'd better be ready." I immediately hung up as we are not involved in collections or owe anything to anyone (debt and lawsuit free). I don't know if an autodialer is making these calls or what. I called back and, of course, the phone number is a disconnected line. Don't be harassed by these idiots!

Received a call from this number today but it was blocked. The reason I know it was this number is that I have the trapcall app on my iphone. I did not answer but received a call from trap call saying it was this number. I tried to call back the number to tell them to stop calling me, but it said the call couldn't be completed as dialed. This blocked number called me 3 times today. Based on what others have said I believe it is someone who has a magicjack calling. They try to get you to send them money out of fear. Well they are now blacklisted on my phone so they will not be able to call me anymore. I wish they would ban those stupid magicjacks worldwide so these scammers would stop.
