calls 24/7, never leaves a message and when I answer there's no response

This number calls many times a day. Leaves no message  does anyone know who this is???

Calls from this number throughout the day and night are so annoying. I never answer but they keep calling. What does the caller gain? FCC is powerless. Do Not Call list means little to nothing.

Called repeatedly. Finally answered to keep it from waking my baby. It started ringing and a female with a strong accent asked for someone by name. I advised no one by that name had lived here in the time I have had the number. She then stated well I assume I am speaking to an adult. I gave her ten seconds to tell me what she needed. She said she was conducting a survey... I cut her off and said place me on your do not call list. She snidely lectured me that the national do not call list only applies to telemarketers and she is not under it and has every right to call me. I exercised my right to free speech, loudly, and terminated the call.

This number calls several times a night, 5 times so far tonight. And almost every night.
Caller ID says its from Roseville MI.  

This number called 8 times last night between 7:49 and 9:27. The caller ID is Michigan. I consider this harrassment!

I'm on national do not call list - still calls my number.....I don't answer. But still calls back....this is so wrong!  Come on callers - wake up......we don't want to be interrupted by survey takers that feel they have a right to call us.

I called the number back and the greeting was for Mountain West Research Center. It is an opinion company.  

Didnt answer but I bet its for the election coming up. Thats why they can call. Those calls are exempt.

This number has been repeatedly calling my cell phone on an almost daily basis for over a month, usually between 6pm-9pm at night.  Sometimes as many as 4 times per night!  They never leave a message.  It's annoying and rude.  I'm on the national Do Not Call List.  Apparently, that means nothing.

The number just called me again at 11:20am on a Saturday.  I answered this time.  Turns out they're a research company called T&R and have been hired by the county in which I dwell (Marin County, California) to ask questions of the residents.  I don't know the nature of their survey, as I requested to have my cellphone taken off their call list before she could get to them.  She said it could take up to 24 hrs for my number to be removed from their system.  We'll see if it actually happens..

Just got a call from them - Saturday 10/18 at 3:45 PM. They left a message saying they are Mountain West (if this is true). Could barely understand the woman. I'm on the Do Not Call list and tired of these disruptive calls. My elderly parents are constantly bothered by these calls too. Something needs to be done about this!  It's an invasion of privacy to call over and over and my parents have to get up to get the phone every time and they have health issues and could fall. What can we do to get these calls stopped???

This number calls often enough, with no message being left for info, that I had already assumed it was some kind of survey service. Thanks to all of the other reports on this website, I now know who they are. My opinion is that all surveys, no matter WHAT the subject, should be added to to Do Not Call Registry. I am VERY unimpressed with this registry, anyway, as it seems completely ineffective in preventing telemarketers. I have registered, re-registered, and re-registered again, all to no avail. We get anywhere from 3-8 calls a day from various Unknown phone numbers. I just don't answer the phone if I don't recognize the number, and most especially if it is completely unidentified.

I just keep getting calls from this number & others. They never leave a message but still keep calling. TIRED OF IT! Last week I got a call from some scammer with a government grant.  Checked & many others had the same complaint. How do these people keep getting my cell phone number? It's registered with Do Not Call.

This is so very annoying.  They call 3/4 times a night.  The "Do Not Call List" is worthless!!!  A female tried to get me to take a survey.  I told her to F**K off and not call this # again!!
