Yes, called twice on the same day to my residence as well.

Called yesterday 3 times.  Today four times.  

called my cell phone no message grrrrr!!!!!

Called at 7:00PM PST - dead air. Called again at 7:13pm PST.  Caller asked for me by name.  Said they were calling from "Mountain West" and just had a short survey about the upcoming election.    Told him to lose the number.

These people are a survey company, Mountain West Research Center out of Roseville, MI, often claiming to do political surveys. They've just called me the second time in 2 days.

If they give you the chance (in my case, they say nothing and hang up when I respond), ask them to put you on their internal Do Not Call list.

I have gotten a few calls from this number. They are gathering information on Political Views. Multiple Websites have flagged it for High Spam. I asked the caller a few questions on how the obtained my information. They claimed it was from Mountain West Research Center.

This building has been permanently closed, so I can only guess that it is a lie. I would recommend gathering information as to where they got your information from. As for the people who called you. I was only able to get a little information on them.
They are calling from Roseville Michigan. They have many numbers, but only three has been recorded. Ill list the numbers bellow. The owner of the numbers as of this time are unknown or well hidden. The locations I have looked into are also scrambled, so I couldn't get a good name of the building owner.

The carrier or the provider of their service is Peerless Network. They are a Data Cerner/Telecommunications building. You can look into the owners of this corporation with a quick Google search. I will be giving their information bellow as well.

In my opinion; this is a phishing scam. I have taken multiple 'surveys' and they all revolve around the same thing. The end of the call they will pry for your Date of Birth. Simply demand that they put you on a 'Do Not Call' list. And if you get another call from them. You'll then seek legal action.

Called twice never leaves message. I do not know this company. I am sure it's spam.

This gave me the "Hi how're you?" and when I said "Who is this", he said "This is your grandson, don't you recognize your grandson.."  Seriously.  I tried to play him a little and say Oh what's the matter, kiddo, but he didn't bite.

Since I'm on the "Do NOT Call' List, this falls in the category of a violation.  Is this a scam or what?

Two calls from this number this evening, no one talks.  It shows up on my caller ID as Research Center. I want it blocked.

STOP call'in me! Blocked!!!! DNC list works like our goverment should......hey, let's let them run our HEALTH CARE!!!!!!!!

Reported Scammer calling from (586)-200-0166 Peerless Network Landline in Roseville, MI (Michigan on Caller ID) - Received at least (4) total unwanted calls from the same Scammer/Harasser on my unlisted phone on Wed. 10/22/14 at 8:30pm & 9:19pm - next day Thur. 10/23/14 at 6:18pm & 9:17pm & didn't leave a message. Message to Scammer/Harasser: DO NOT CALL.
