this number keeps calling my landline. no one ever there

Today i got a call from This Number (again), A  lady came on the phone introduce herself as a charity for breast cancer, I asked her a couple of question regarding the legibility of her charity for breast cancer and where i can go to verify this is a legit operation.

She got upset...... and told Me    "" I HOPE YOU DIE "" and hang up the phone.

DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY .
THEY ARE A FAKE.

Never a message. No person. Numerous calls daily! How do I get these idiots off of my phone? We are on the "Do Not Call List"!

Received this call on my cell phone. Duh, it's on Do Not Call List. No message left.

they told me they were part of a police department and wanted money

I received a call from this number today and a lady told me that this was for breast cancer foundation, she asked for my mother and when I told her she was at work she asked me if I lived in the house. She asked if I would like to donate money and when I told her I don't have any money, she said "well you can't ask for some?" I then hung up the phone and called the ACTUAL breast cancer foundation and found out that they DO NOT call and ask people for money. This is a scam call and these people seriously need to be stopped. I gave the foundation the number that I had received and they sounded very irritated.
When you call the number back you just get a automated voice message about taking your number off the list.
Please keep reporting these people.

Got 5 calls from this number this week.  All purported to be with different charities.  When I told the last guy I had calls every day this week from this number he said "that is impossible.  This is the first time we've called you."  I repeated what I said, and he repeated the same b.s. again.  Do they think we are stupid??  Most people these days do have caller id!

DITTO!  Have rcvd numerous calls from this number.  (586.473.0001)  Generally do not answer as the caller I.D. reads 'unknown'.  Caller does not leave a message.  Only background noice and murmur of various voices in background.

Have seen numerous calls from this number on the caller ID during hours when no one was home and they never leave a message. A little over a week ago I get a call from them  saying they are collecting for the American Cancer Society. I told them I donate to them on my own and asked then to remove me from their  list. However, the calls have never stopped. I see them on the caller ID at least once a day. This morning, it's Sunday here, they called waking up everyone I the house. Prior to responding to my numerous ”hellos” the ” woman” on the phone proceeded to belch in my ear before saying she was calling from the    Children's Leukemia Foundation. I told her I had asked someone from this number to remove me from their list and she responded that it must have been someone else and hung up. A thorough check of the caller ID proves it is in fact the same number. I too am on the do  not call list.

My caller ID said Michigan call and this number.  I googled the number and found it was located in Armada, MI which is between Flint, MI and Sarnia, Ontario but south near Romeo, MI.  Seeing all these callers and their experiences, not only won't I call them back, with caller ID I will never answer their call.  Thanks to all who commented.

This company collects for I think every charity listed in the United States.  I believe they are owned by some guy and his kids in Michigan.  If these are the people I think they are, they give about $0.05 of every dollar donation to the charity and the rest they keep as "EXPENSES".

got call 10pm boston time.  not happy to gen charity request at that hour as I am elderly and mobility impaired.  told him what Ithought about call.

Ditto to everything said here already. Is there ANY POSSIBLE WAY to stop these people?? The one time I  actually answered one of these calls the man simply said "do or die" and hung up. This seems like harassment to me, it's disturbing and it should be stopped.

Received a call from this number at 11:55am. It was identified on caller ID as "Michigan call." I'm in Michigan, and as I have a couple of family members in hospitals and nursing homes at this time, I answered. There was no one on the line and the call disconnected after a few seconds. Reading all the other comments, I won't answer from them again!

This number keeps calling my house, an never leaves a message so i googled it so glad i did.

Tomorrow when they call me back for the 49th time, i am going to answer and when they ask me to donate, I am going to GLADLY say yes, and feel rather generous i may contribute say $5,000 and when they cheerfully ask for my credit card information I am going to supply them with my credit card number. 111111111111  exp 1/1/11.  see if they enjoy the let down of not being able to go to the bar after work on my dime!

Phone number left on my caller ID while at work; no voice mail message.  Included along with the phone number was Armada, MI on the caller ID.  I don't know what the purpose was for their phone call.
