They called me and my mom's work phone that they want to talk to her. I told them that I'm my mom's daughter and they cannot talk to her because she doesn't speak English. The lady wanted to hang up, but I stopped her asking her for her name and company (because she didn't give me that information in the beginning) . She suddenly sounded upset, but answered my questions. She said that if she cannot talk to my mom then she won't talk to me and hang up.
