who is this and what do they want?

They call multiple times, usually in the evening and never leave a message!

They've been calling repeatedly, once after 10:00 pm.

called several times in the evening over the last couple of weeks.  Never leave a message

These jerks call time and time again - when I answer, they hang up.  Guess only thing to do is to not answer their call  - like to know who this person/and/or concern is!

This number called.  I answered and hung up on them!

They NEVER say anything. They have called for months and I finally decided to answer. A couple of calls later I am wondering if they just want or need us to answer. Seriously strange....

You are so F'N Irritating. QUIT CALLING OUR NUMBER, A H. Your Fax is damaging my 84 year old mothers ear . She keeps answering this bloody phone number. Knock it off or I'll send you the doctors bill!

This company calls me at least 3 times every evening looking for a person named Rosalind Ho . I tell them that they have the wrong number, ask them if they understand and then I ask them not to call again. The calls have been coming for a\bout a week now and I would like them to stop

I've received several calls from this number in the last few days. Usually a hispanic woman is calling, likely an illegal immigrant, and she sometimes asks for a "registered voter" and other times asks for a specific person by name. When she called tonight, I recognized the number and decided to mess with her. I told her I was "Abraham Lincoln" and when she asked what state I was a resident of, I told her I was a resident of Washington D.C. while once again reminding her that my name is Abraham Lincoln. After I said that, she promised to take me off the list, but we will see if that actually happens.

I just got a second or third call from this number.  Caller ID names it as "Research Center"  I haven't answered, I have nothing to contribute to Research.  I suspect: 1) A collection agency--- or 2) A scam operation of some kind.

Constantly keep calling me, they leave no message.

I don't answer calls from number I don't recognize.

Called 8/10/14 @ 3:04 No message.
Called 8/09/14 @ 4:34 No message.

Have received seven (7) calls from this number since 5:23 this evening - no one at the other end -
