The CID for this number is fake, and links to a residence in a different state than the call center making these illegal calls to cel phones. Complaints may be filed with FCC.gov on FCC form 1088G, which in theory is criminal if they prosecute.
Since I'd received this automated call before and told it "option 2", don't call back, I selected Option 1, speak to a crook employed by the criminal boilerroom operator.
It said "consumer services" was the called, in an automated transfer wait for the next operator name before a handoff to a human.
601-892-3529 - CID - is obviously fake, so don't go after the girl in MS who has that real number.

vehicle warranty marketing call
previously received same call and pressed 2 for do not call again
No identification of calling company in automated dialer announcement (illegal)
this time pressed 1 for rep. No ID of what company
"Monica" answered, and ID'd as "Warranty Division inc. "
When asked, she said they're in Orange Co, CA.
When asked (playing confused about many such contracts) which of my vehicles they were calling about, she said they offered coverage for "Any vehicle years... 1997-2007".
Obviously that reflects no possible past business relationship with possible previous holders of my cel line, which I'd changed recently to a new carrier.
"Monica" hung up on me when asked for company location and web site.
Clearly this is a big criminal operation, making zero effort to avoid cel lines, or likely FTC DoNotCall either. A California Attorney General complaint might be in order, preferably from people living there, as well as less likely to be effective FCC 1088G complaints.
I'm not sure, but I suspect this may be the company making these calls, and if so, is one that's called another previous cel phone of mine illegally:

If so, it's likely a criminal affiliate and not that division of a NASDAQ listed business actually making these calls, and so complaints to criminal fraud divisions of cel carriers as well as the FCC and state AG's might be needed to trace the actual criminals in this case.
