Called my cell 3x between 8:16 & 9:13 am yesterday.

Higher Impact or Higher Impact Online.  Offers home based internet employment for a one-time nominal fee (btwn $110 and 299).  Premises is to have a website built for you that has ties to four big name different companies.  After you sign up their "coaches" attempt to convince you to buy into packages that cost several thousands of dollars.

If you say know, the salesperson can become just short of belligerent in trying convince you to buy into their scam.  At least, that what they did to me.

I have been getting these calls lately, even after I asked them to remove me from their call list.  The company is called Higher Impact.  I have been on the National Do Not Call Registry since 2006.  I should not be getting these calls, so I reported them to the National Do Not Call Registry.  Maybe this will help you.

Feel free to do some research on him and give him some unsolicited calls and facebook messages. These people go to sleep happy at night, claiming that YOU duped yourself into getting these calls because somehow you signed up for something on the internet. When you ask them where they got your number from, they say "YOU GAVE IT TO US" which is a lie. If these people were not complete frauds, they would tell you which company sold your name to them, but they don't because they are afraid.

Within the past two hours I have received calls from SEVERAL telemarketing companies,  or whatever they are, a total of 8 different numbers from different people within minutes of each other, including this one.  It pisses me off, because I may or may not have ordered something on line, but I did NOT give my number so that other a@@holes can call me on my PRIVATE cell.  When this number called, I had just barely gotten off the phone with another number and told them to stop calling me.  I answered this call "I don't know who the hell you are but I want you to stop calling me."  Then the jerk proceeded to ask for me, and I asked if he heard what I said.  He said he didn't and I told him that I am document every one of these calls and I am reporting it and he hung up on me.

I filed a complaint with the donotcall.gov.  If everyone files a complaint about this company it will lead to criminal action taken against the company.

His number is: 480-222-3030. I suggest you give him a call after 9pm or before 8am and tell him thanks for having his company call you.

This number appears all the time and I dont answer or they call back and no number appears.  But today I received call, the caller was distracted and my voice mail recorded his conversation with someone, saying to play recording dont answer them and just hang up, caller kept referrring to this is what she wants.  My lawyer is going to have a field day with this.

I get the same call to my cell phone everyday around 1200hrs from  6022672270, it use to annoy me but I refuse to allow it so I've start calling them until I'm tired, I'm enjoying the Heck out of it and what make it more enjoyable is that I have a block on my phone that only allow calls I select regardless what number they use.  HaHa I got that last laugh!

This number has been calling for about 2 weeks. No one answers or just hang up never leaves a message. I have no ideal who this company or person is. I just want them to no call any more.

I have been getting calls from this number 4-5 times a day for about 2 weeks now. The first time I answered They knew my name and asked if i wanted to make money from home. And when I said no he became very rude and said "You live in an apartment, good luck with that" and hung up. Haven't answered since.

This person is constantly harassing me over the phone even though he knows I am disable, he continuously calls my house, says my husband authorize him to cal but will not offer the exact information about how he did it, screamed at me threatening me with GOD'S JUDGEMENT DAY!!!

My husband keeps calling him, but he will make his line signal busy so he doesn't have to answer.

OMG these people are horrible they have called me every other day for a month straight. The first 4 times they called I told all 4 different reps I wasnt interested and they continue to call me. I finally picked up and the rep was sooo rude and nasty, and tried to convince me to hear him out, even though I already know the deal and the scam and even told him about the other 4 reps i spoke to who were just like him. He then told me very degrading tone to go back to my 40hour a week job.

I wish I knew a way to get him and his company into trouble/

these people keep calling my hot my wife for informatioy had to talk toheat use.finally talked to them and they told me thn that she had requested which is not true.

They keep calling and they hang up when I start to tell them not to call anymore. They keep waking up my newborn and calling late at night!!!! SO ANNOYING!! Please get their license revoked.

They just started calling my house number and I have NEVER given that number out on the web to anyone. I use my cell phone for all business transaction that need one.  I just let they answering machine pick up but there is never a message left so far. It is really becoming annoying.

This company has called my house way too many times, when I called them back last night to get them to quit calling me, they impersonated themselves as Federal agents with the FBI, so I contacted my local police station and they told me about this scam and our now investigating it, because impersonation of a federal agent is a big no no, the funny part is they still called me 3 times today.  They can also access your IP Address and do things on line with your IP Address without your knowledge so you people might want to check what is going on with your IP Address as well, I got mine fixed but it wasn't cheap to do so.
