The woman was too dumb to realize she was talking to my answering machine and also didn't realize she hadn't hung up.  So for 3 minutes, I got to listen to her conversations about work schedules with the other workers.

party left a messageon my answering machine.   His name was Mike looking to help lower utility bills if I would qualify. however he left another phone number 1 877 213 6378.  Got 3 calles today ,  I did not recognize he phone number, soI did not pick up.  This was the only message left.

I got a call from this number so mony times. I answred it finally. They told me that they help me to reduce my utillity bills. They scheduled an appointment to come to my house for further assesment. I don,t know if they really want to help or  scam. I want to know for sure.

They keep calling and claim we qualify for a federal program to help reduce utility bill.  However, this AM they asked for acct info. Now if this was legitimate program, wouldn't they already have this info?!?!?!? I've read other reviews reporting the same thing. It's a scam.

They have been calling me about once a week for nearly a year and I decided it was time to take action. Since they waste my time I've wasted theres.

Mike from ESA calling hoping we're suckers who'll take 'free money' from the feds all while asking use how good our credit score it.

So, I called back and talked to them and set up and appointment. I made sure nobody was home to waste an hour of their time driving here for nothing. The next day I called back and apologized and said my car broke down on the way to meet them and setup yet another appointment.

Then 2nd time the person arrived I had on my home stereo on full blast playing. 'I'm never gonna give you, never let  you down never gonna run away and hurt you!' I also placed a colored photo of Rick Ashely on our front door. The surveillance footage of the salesman realizing he got rick rolled is priceless. I suggest you waste their time doing the same thing.

Some semi-illiterate dude trying to stumble thru a script about energy savings.  I revealed to him that he caught me busy masturbating, but that with some verbal assistance from him, I'd be finished soon.  

He seemed to get off on that.

Received call asking for a relative by name.  When I asked who it was, the response was "honestly, I don't have to say anything" and he hung up.

My post would be identical to what you wrote, except 'Mike' stated the company was calling for was ESA or EFA? He also left that same toll free number to call back. There was something mentioned on the local news last week that there is a current scam happening by phone where the caller purports to see if you can 'qualify' for reduced utility bills. I don't know if this could be the scam company but we aren't interested anyway. We screen our unknown calls. If they are important & we're here we pick up. If they don't leave a message they must not be that important.
