    Progressive Financial who is a bully for Sallie Mae on student loans.  They try to bully people on loans that are deferred or are not late.  They are very unprofessional and think you need to abide by their rules.  Waiting to see if they call me again as this last time I verified they were on the line and gave them an air horn HELLO!!
