    I got a call from 6024597060 but did not answer.  They knew my name and apparently did not realize they were talking to my answering machine.  The message on the machine was "Hello Mr. ........(pause) Hello Mr. ......." then they disconnected.

    I have gotten three calls for this, containing protected health inforamtion for a patient - the caller was calling from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and was a claims worker. She left a patient name, account number, billing information adn the balance on the patient's account - this is against the law, I am more than sure, adn I am going to escalate to our HIPAA security officer so he is aware.....
