caller calls no message just a ph# on caller id

leaves no message

Caller calls me to sel me a at home bussiness. I tell him I am not looking for one and that my home phone is on a do not call list. Caller tells me that the goverment has done away with the do no call list. So I filed a complaint and they took it.at  http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/
Caller told me he was with Blue Horzions Group. They are in the sate state but not registered to this number. Might be a scam.

keep on getting calls from this number. asked to be taken of the calling list. when taking to operator he will not transfer the call to supervisor and made fun of my accent and hing up.  Reported the number to this site http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/#howtocomplain

called my cell phone asked for me coughed then hung up

Someone from 602-476-2303 keeps calling my home. When I pick up on my end, they've already disconnected and it's just dial tone.

Has called numerous times day/evening and it disconnects. I was able to call it back and leave 2 nasty messages to please stop.

This number has called my home twice in the past 2 days....why?

This number keeps calling my cell phone i told them to stop they still do it.

I got a call on my land line form this outfit even listened to there Recording to shut them up,then this guy gets on the phone and try's to fast sell me on investing $ 350.00 and I couldn't get a word in to tell him no
and wedged in a I AM NOT INTERESTED  THANK YOU AND HAD TO HANG UP AS HE WOULD'T SHUT UP, NOW  I AM  GETTING THE CALLS ON MY CELL PH. all calls  from Pheonix,AZ.

I got 13 calls today from 602-476-2303 they got me so upset today I actually called the police in Arizona to complain about the harassment.  I am tired of hearing there is nothing we can do about people harassing you.  Maybe if everyone calls the local police where this company is located we can get some help.  ARIZONAL NON EMERGENCY POLICE NUMBER IS 602-262-7626.

I continually am getting calls from this number........from somewhere in the Phoenix, Az..  Whoever is calling will not leave a message......this is becoming quite annoying.

1 602 476 2303 is (during June 2011 at least) from New Energy Entrepreneur. If you feel like a rant, use skype to call their number (your number is blocked and hidden from them) and tie up their phone lines. If you get through to somebody, tell them they are breaching Do Not Call List rules and ask to speak to the attorney. Most representatives will just hang up on you. Some may try and add you to their do not call list if they even have one and get your name and number. Each time they hang up, just keep phoning back until you feel partially satisfied or get bored!

I get daily calls - sometimes multiple times - from this number & they don't leave messages.  Once I actually spoke to someone when I answered - the woman on the phone could barely speak English & I couldn't understand what she was saying.  What is the National DO NOT CALL list for if telemarketers can continue to call you?????
