I have got three calls this morning starting at 3:30 am no one is there just beeps.

I received three calls this morning starting at 3:30 am from a fax machine.  Caller ID shows "TriWest Health". Arizona area code.

We keep getting calls from (602-564-2000) a FAX machine.  Picking up the reciever and speaking does not seem to get the attention of the party sending the FAX.

Middle of the night and various times throughout the day we keep receiving calls from a fax number associated with (602) 564-2000!  Tired of calls...please get your number correct

Got a cal this morning, this number apparently is a secondary number for tri-West healthcare at least that is what a search on Bing says

I work for TriWest and can explain what is happening in a lot of cases....the clinical dept receives authorization requests from providers for our beneficiaries.  When processed, a copy is automatically sent after midnight to the fax number on file for the medical provider.  If their number is incorrect in our records (either because provider gave wrong number to start with or someone input it into the database wrong), the system is trying to fax the documents to a phone. All you have to do is call the Customer Service number (1-888-874-9378) and ask to have a block put on your number.  The rep will forward the information to a supervisor who will contact the IT department to block outgoing calls and faxes to the number in question.  This doesn't explain ALL of the incorrect calls but a large number of them.  Sorry to all who get these calls!

This number is from TriWest-  TriWest is a large health benifit company.  The number you see on your phone is the "line -out" for TriWest.  so if you try to call it back you can't get anyone because it is not the same number that called you.  602-564-2000 (2000) is an extension.  The number that called you is probably a number like 602-564-2056 (for example).  

The last time This number called me it referenced the FLU shot.  Told me to get it, and that it would be covered by TtiWest.

I got a call from this number twice at 3:14 and 3:20 this morning.  No one is there.  Just a beeping tone.  Can you see if you can get them to stop calling.

I continue to receive calls from this number and it sounds like a fax machine.  It's annoying.

Received three calls in 15 minutes today.. no one there.  Sounds like another company out to SCAM

Thanks for the info but when I try to call the number you gave I get a recording that the number is outside my calling area???? Not sure what that means as I've never gotten a recording like that but it still leaves me frustrated and getting unwanted fax calls in the middle of the night.

Getting numerous fax calls from this number, some at 2 and 3 am   Tried calling the Co. But just get stuck in a loop. Call the number listed for corporate office in Arizona and get shuttled to a call center. Call center operator tried to help but only had another number that was previously shared above, 888-874-9378. Tried calling it and get a recording that call can't go thru cause I'm outside the calling area??? Call center people can't help cause they aren't even in Arizona and don't have any other numbers for contacting company. Tri West has the perfect scam, 2 phone numbers, neither of which reach the home office.

I also received calls today.  I am on federal do not call list so I went online and filed a complaint.

Good luck with that! Call that number and I get is a busy signal at best!

Received multiple calls throughout the day with either audible fax machine-like beeps or dead air. I was finally able to reach a human at the "contact" number of this Tri-West company and as suggested by someone on this page proclaiming to be an employee. A man with a very heavy accent and broken English ( very difficult to hear as he sounded very distant on phone as if it was on speaker and on opposite ends of room) wanted my name. I refused and simply told him my name isn't important and to stop calling me. Again, he asked my name for which I told him my name wasn't important, but call were to cease or next step would be FCC and legal action. No sooner had I hung up, I began receiving call after call from them. No doubt in my mind that this was simply to annoy me, just as this number and company are frauds and are doing nothing but scamming. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General, BBB ( so the can have it on file), and FCC as well as any and all other legal avenues. Now, with the help of phone company, this so-called company and their numbers are blocked!

I just got the  same number calling me , I'm in Canada and I can't answer calls from the US because it'll cost me . Same thing happens to me , all I hear is beeping . I think it's just some scam

someone's fax machine keeps dialing.

Almost every night, up to 6-7 times a night/early morning for a few months to my office phone.  Sounds like a fax machine waiting to send a fax.  I went to:  http://www.triwest.com/en/contact/  and got their contact number - 1-855-PCCCVET (722-2838).  Called in, selected #2, then 0 - this sent me to an operator that is now transferring me to provider services.  Everyone I spoke with was nice and helpful.
