I received this call at 9:40 central time on my cell phone. I did not answer the call BUT it did leave a voice message.  It was very extremely hard to understand and sounded computer generated, the message started by saying "Doctor' followed by an indistinguishable name.  A Google search did not show much.

Keep getting calls from this number in Spanish. I don't understand Spanish and is very upsetting. I call back and the number says " no longer in service". Bummer.

I just got a call from this number. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize it. No message was left. I Googled it and found this site. Very nerve racking these calls are! Why do people waste others time ilke this for absolutely nothing.

today at about 4:30pm got a call too...lots of static..the language was not spanish for sure...sounded like some sort of african dialect..i tried to make it out...seemed like i was listening in on someones conversation, but i could only hear one party talking...i hung up...i was scared

I was in the middle of a conference when the call came in. I didn't answer. When I called the number that was captured by my phone, I got a recorded message that the number was no longer in service. How is this possible? I am the fifth person to post about this today.

I received a call earlier this morning, but was not able to answer. I called the number back to see what company was trying to reach me, but I received an operator message that stated "The number you have reached is not in service". It appears that they are using a call router, so it appears differently on caller ids. It must be a scam, or else why would someone go to the trouble of masking their telephone number.

Called at 520pm cdt on 7/21/08, I didn't answer as number was unknown to me and it left no voicemail, I didn't attempt to call back as I figured that would confirm the had found an active number

This number has called my phone a few times in the last six months..... Never can understand them!

Got a call from this number at 3:34 PDT.  It was in Spanish but sounded like a computer-generated message asking me to press a number to continue.  Something like that anyway.

IGOT THIS CALL AT AROUND 6 53 AND IT SOUNDED LIKE A WOMEN WHO WAS CHINESE OR SPANISHH AND WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK TO SEE WHO IT WAS IT SAID THE NUMBER WAS OUT OF SERVICE IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO CALL THEM BACK SEND A COMMENT ON THIS WEB PAGE

They called @ 7:03pm central time, same thing, message in Spanish.  Got the not in service message.
