I live in Puerto Rico and I just received the call too. I waited after it said "congratulations" but the call suddenly ended, so I called back, but like everybody else its out of service.

I got this call at 3:12 EST. A man was speaking spanish and I hung up. Can't wait to see my bill. Could be a scam. I have heard about things like this.

I received a call from this number at 1:04 pm central time on July 23rd.
I was on the phone with my cousin and i heard someone beeping in like i was getting a call i checked it didnt recognize the number and told her to hold on, once i had clicked over it was in Spanish and it sounded computer operated so i simply hung up and kept my conversation going with my cousin.

this number is from a person that call you to claim a prize that i won, but i ask him what prize i won and he insult me by saying bad thing to me and my family. And i call back and it was out of service. I dont know who is but i am verry mad.

We are getting 3-4 calls per week with spam phone calls such as this. This needs to stop.
