Would like to know who it is.

This number appeared on my caller id over the weekend and today it came through again.  I was able to answer and when I did I got a recording telling me I was called in error.  I called back the number and got a telephone company recording that the number was no longer in service or coming from another area code!!!!  I worked for a phone company for over 32 years and I have heard of this!!!!!

Ok I just got a call from this number and it was M Miller.
Their address is 4323 W. Catus Rd. Phoenix, AZ no zip code.
Other numbers that are listed for them are:
602-864-0848, 973-8038, 864-0907, 589-9164, 973-8402, 973-8368 all within the 602 area code.  They are a telemarketing company that is trying to give away free gas for a fee.

I got a call from 602.242.1868 yesterday at 5:29 PM. The female, representative of Rhino West, on the other end of the line was happy to advise me of my winnings.  Apparently, my name was entered into a drawing (my number isn't listed and it's on the DO NOT SOLICIT list) and it seems I won carpet cleaning.  I told her that it was illegal for her to call me because my number is on the DNS list and that her company should have some sort of a database in place that would scan numbers prior to her calling and because she neglected to do this, she can be held responsible for the hefty fee due to me for her breaking the law.  She of course, apologized and said she would resolve the situation immediately and I will not get any calls from them again.

Then today (8/12/08), I recieved yet another call from M. Miller, a representative of Rhino West at 602.973.8361 which came in at 2:32 PM...again, letting me in on my winnings.

First of all, I've never entered my name into anything in my life.  Second, my number is listed on the DNS list and I pay cox every month so that my number isn't published and yet, I continue to get bothered by these sales people who prey on the public.  

If anyone out there knows how Rhino West can be taught a lesson by getting fined, please let me know.  Maybe we can get them to pay all of us back then maybe they'd stop doing this in the future.

I received yet another solicitation from Rhino West and the caller id of M Miller. This time the Phone number is different it is 602-246-1296. I advised them in the past when to remove me from their list and that I had been registered on the do not call list. I even filed a complaint on the FTC no not call list website, and as usual the government does not do jack to help the people who want to be left alone. These people are full of crap and do not abide by any federal laws. I wish there was something we as citizens could do about this.

I got ecuses from this femal who calls stating why I was still receiving phone calls. I told her that If I receive another phone call from them, I will find an attorney, file a class action law suit against this company for harassment. I assume they have been harassing others out there as well with this "free carpet cleaning" and your name was entered into a drawing scams.

Rhino West is also calling under the number 602.841.2819 with the same contest and carpet cleaning scam.  I filed a complaint with the FCC.

This company called my mother who is 88 and pushed her into agreeing to let them come for a "free" cleaning. They did not give contact information to cancel this I think I will have the Sheriff waiting when they arrive. How Dare they prey on old people.

Danielle from Rhino-West phoned to notify me that I was chosen to win free groceries and gas.   I inquired who she was, where she was calling from, how she got my #.   She said that there were people in my area waiting to come out to my home.   Said I was chosen from a direct-dialer.   When I explained that I was on the do not call list, she asked why I hadn't told her that in the first place and said she'd be happy to put me on the do not call list.  

It seems that once you answer the phone to such solicitors, they never stop calling.   We'll see.   I don't want to be bothered by them.   At least Danielle was polite, the New Jersey girl from the Motor Vehicle Warrentee Service is always pushy and quite rude.   They call abt twice a week, most annoying!

My "Rhino West" call came from 602-841-9131. She said my name was being entered into a drawing to win free groceries-no alcohol or gas. I don't do sweepstakes. When I asked where she got my number from she said they were calling families in the Mesa area (interesting that a Phoenix area code is peddling their BS in a Mesa area code). I said that didn't answer my question as to where she got my number. She finally said that it was an automated dialer. I told her that this number is on the Do Not Call Registry. She apologized and gave the excuse that their numbers are scrubbed and this one must have slipped through. I informed her of the fact everybody uses that ridiculous excuse and that I'm sick of these crappy calls and told her to [***]. Idiots.

I've gotten three calls from a female at "Rhino West" in the past week.  I've repeatedly told her/them that we are on the DNC list, we're not interested in whatever they are selling, and to please take us off their list.  She always politely assures me that they will do so, but I'm not holding my breath.  Unfortunately, there don't seem to be any "teeth" to the DNC law because I've reported other companies but the website says right up front that it is likely that nothing will happen!

Got the call from Rhino West also yesterday. Said I'd "won" a contest. Then proceeded to try to sell me the carpet cleaning service. When I asked for their return number the lady got indignant and then hung up on me. SCAM.

this dang # KEEPS calling. i finally decided to answer it and whoop di doo...my name got drawn in the 4x annual drawing for a free 2 room carpet cleaning or furniture extraction cleaning.after asking how she got my # (i'm on the DNC list) she said it was picked out b/c i'm a homeowner or renter in the provo, utah area.
yes, she's very pushy when i told her i didn't want the service. apparently they've been in business for 89 years, advertising strictly by word of mouth blah blah blah.

received a call from this number today.  Heavy breather, no voice.

They just called here too with caller ID showng RK West at 602-841-9416.  I won a free carpet cleaning also.  Told her not interested and she was hard sell.  Tried to talk me into letting them clean my furniture or mattresses also. She said "we are a division of Kirby so you can check out our website Kirby.com".  

We are on the DNC list also.

called from this # and from 602 841-7909. Google search on the number shows M Miller 4323 W Cactus Glendale AZ 85304. My caller ID says M Miller on both numbers.

Got my call from 602-393-1326.  Told me I had won free gas.  Asked who they were she told me that they were the ones offering the free gas.  I explained I am on the DNC Registry and asked how she got the number.  She told me I owned a house in Mesa to which she slyly responded "you own a house in Mesa, don't you so good luck with that!"  Her flippant attitude pissed me off.  Complaint filed with NDNC registry.  Next time I will take the call, get the information, and file a complaint with DA and AG for the heck of it.

I received a call from 602-393-1324 a little after 8PM.  Came across the above address and phone number after googling the company.  I called 602-841-2801 and spoke with a female who was very nice in the beginning.  After asking her a couple of questions to verify the company, I requested to be removed from her call list (4th request) otherwise a formal complaint would be filed with the AZ Attorney General's Office.  I also mentioned that after the information I found out about the company, and the sex offender who works for them, the last thing they need is additional legal issues.  She agreed, told me my number would be removed and hung up.  We'll see.  Hope the above information helps.
