Received a recorded call from what was said to be NSBA credit card saying I was pre-approved for something I did not sign up for.  

I want these stupid (fraudulent) calls to stop!!  

I did a search in the yellowpages and found that this phone number is from a personal phone not a business phone.

Ditto.  We did not answer, as caller ID was suspect.  Call came in 2 minutes ago.

This number has shown a couple times and just a few minutes ago...

Had a call come in and didn't recognize the number so did not answer.  They did not leave a message.

Left automated message on my cell about "membership" and said to call 866-276-6868 x103

Calls frequently with a recorded message. I just hang up but this is annoying.

How can I stop these calls? Do I have legal options? My number has been registered on the "Do not call" FCC list for 2 or 3 months now.

Called twice and hung up, no message.

You can use filter rules to hang up or play a remove number message. You can also have time-of-day forwarding rules.

This is really an annoyance and it is getting more common. The only way to fight it is with the "anti-virus" of telephony - filtering the calls.

I get this all the time on my business cell phone. I let it go to voice mail and all I hear is the end saying,:and have a nice day"

Instead of brewing about these rude idiots, I decided to immediately escalate the issue… and who better to immediately escalate it with, than the very communications company they are using for their phone system.  I just spoke with a very helpful person at Freedom Ring Communications, LLC.   {800-639-9896}   who can also be visited at http://www.bayring.com/

The operator apologized, and told me that they have had many complaints about that company.  She also asked for my telephone number, and assured me that the calls would stop within 24 hours… so, my suggestions is this… everyone who is on this list should call and complain to Freedom Ring Communications so they can be free of these harassing freaks who so blatantly flout the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  Furthermore, if everyone has a few other people call in as well (it is a toll free number) they will eventually be so inundated with calls that they will suspend service to these cretins.

As my father always told me; if a business ever wrongs you, don’t get mad… just hit them in the wallet.

I have received a call from these people over the last 2 months. When I try to call it back to remove me from their call list all you get is a busy signal. So this time I waited for a person to answer. He said he would remove me asked for my # and connected me to another # manual transfer and a recording started to take personal info.. I then left info other than they wanted. I was not polite. I am reporting this to the F.B.I.

I hate companies like this who call and call and call.  I get at least 3 of these types of calls a day on my personal cell phone.  I always report it to the donotcall.gov site, but Im sure nothing happens.  Im all about the post from Dennis M.K.  Good luck with the FBI.

Received a call from 1-603-214-3647 N S B A @ 2:56 pm this afternoon.  They hung up.

I want to know how to collect damages for nasb's violation of do not call regulations.

These [***] call every day & never leave a message. I wish we could all organise and shut them down.
