Auto Warranty phishing scam

another Auto Warranty scam. Why cant anything be done to stop these people.

The [***] just called me. Dunno what it was for, let it go to the machine, they left no message.

These clowns just called me and left the same voicemail I got from a call yesterday.  Same company but the area code started with a 9.  I called them yesterday and had them remove me from their calling list.  Sooooooo the jerks called me from a different number.

They call everyday and leave not message. I cannot call them back because it is always busy. No message or anything what a bunch of jerks.

This company works under several different names 2 of which are Dealers National Auto Warranty and AUto Plus. What this company is doing is called spoofing which is against Federal law they give you a different name and numberbut never give the real company information.

603-214-3671 is another number they use to try to run a fake warranty scam.
Contacting the FCC, FTC AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY WILL HELP YOU. They need to be stopped.

The service provider for both phone number is Freedom Ring Communications (DBA) Bayring Communications. The numbers are from Errol NH Coos county.

Once complaints are filed about them their phone services will be cut off.

Let me tell you how I handled these jockers!!! Like you I recieved several phone calls from them day in and day out. So I found there direct number online and began calling them non-stop day in and day out. I will also be sending them a letter. Reminding them of my right to sue and of my intention to take legal actions if they continue to call me. Here is there phone number

As soon as I got to "Can I use My Credit Card for This" ...I promptly
hit the hangup button. THEN THEY CALLED ME RIGHT BACK on 800 376 5688 !!!
These are the SAME PEOPLE calling me 3 times a day for 5 months!!!!!

re: ph# 603 214 3671,  i just got the same call: "i have an important msg for you from survey rc, hold on i'm transferring you now." is what she said. i just hung up.

These people have called twice in last hour and hang up when I answer!!

Received several calls from 603-214-3671. Answered one and, when I got to a live person, told him we're on the DNC list. He said the calls would stop. Nope. Still getting them.

They are still up to the same slime-ball operations! My caller ID said they are "Telephone Manag...." (couldn't register the full name.)
I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.
I have AT&T "Selective Call Rejection", so I just entered that number to be blocked.
Why doesn't our criminal justice system fine these maggots a huge amount and then jail them when they don't quit? If someone was doing this sort of thing within a company, they would certainly go to jail!
I sat WE find out who they are... give them ONE chance to stop... then tar and feather ALL employees for the 2nd offense and the CEO or a leader of the company for every offense thereafter!

These clowns? how would you know if these "Clowns" keeps calling you? Did you see them wearing clowns outfits and make up along with big red ball on their nose? Bwhahahah!

called with a survey to win two free cruise tickets, and i did their survey. when they transferred me to their operator, i used an arnold schwarzenegger soundboard on him, and he sounded none too pleased to be talking to arnie. :D

I got a call from them too but just hung up. How do they make money ? I don't get it, what's the scam? Are they looking for credit card numbers or what?

Got two free cruise tickets from them, enjoyed my trip to the Bahamas, and I'm just so pleased with the extended auto warranty I purchased from them. Why won't anyone give them a bit of credit, sure they might call you at an inconvenient time, but they are doing you a favor, after all. I would willingly sell my home and all its contents in order to give this company more business. You should too.

They also represent several other less-than-honorable businesses using several different spoofed caller ID numbers.  This business needs to be prosecuted for illegal and harrasing telemarketing techniques if we citizens ever want them to stop.  Please contact the State's Attorney Office and file a complaint.
