Who is calling me

get multiple calls a day several days a week over the past couple of months,  When I try to find out who is calling me and Why... I get a busy signal..

They have been calling my son's phone. Only a couple people have his number.

I have been getting calls from 603-259-1593 on my cell phone for at least 6 months. I get several per day. I currently have 18 missed calls on my cell from them. I tried reverse phone lookup a while ago, and it only said Littleton, NH.  Finally found it connected to L3 Communications.  There is no L3 in Littleton, NH.  I posted a note on L3's website telling them about it. Got no reply.  Didn't expect one, I guess.  I was curious again and tried calling back, and got a message from the phone company that the number does not exist.  It sure as heck does!  It must be a sub-number of a main number.  Why can't this number be blocked?  Or shut down completely?  It's annoying and using my cell minutes.

This number calls more than five times a day, every day. I have the number blocked, but the calls still show up in my logs and as notifications.

At this point, at least five calls a day every day, this is bordering on harassment. Anyone find a resolution yet?
