called and stated that I was going to be sued for an outstanding bill and needed to call back to avoid being summoned for court.

The same number called me today said I will be served papers to go to court.

The same number called me yesterday stating that I was going to be dragged into court and sued and I should call them to correct the debt or give up my rights.

they told me i need to send money though money gram to solve the matter,they must be crazy!!!scammers

They called twice and used my maiden name which I haven't used in fourteen years.  Left me messages.  A legitimate company does not leave private information on a machine, especially when it is set on default so it doesn't say a name or anything.

They are doing the same thing to me.  Sounds like a muslim

I keep getting calls from this number and they leave a message saying there is a judgement against me and they will have papers served to me at my job or my home to go to court.,They are'nt even using my last name! They are irritating.

These people have been calling stating that I have some outstanding debts and that I will be served papers at my residence or my place of employment to be sued. They are scammers trying to get money from you. It is always an automated person or voice response system.

These people are dum as a rock if u r going to be served they will not let u know they will come with the police and they try to catch u at home if u knew they were coming u would not answer your door. These people m u st have only finished grade school. Back in a day or no schooling at all. Get a real job . And remember God sees all
