This number keeps calling my mothers phone saying that I am going to be charged with some type of fraud, but then when I try to call it back, it says the person I am trying to call is "on the phone"

Keep getting calls yet no one answers. Said Im being charged with fraud. Who is this

Someone keeps calling about fraud. I'm going to be looking in to this with my local P.D.

Keep calling saying being charged with fraud. Leaves no number to call back. Calls 3 times a day or more.

says fraudulent charges being filed for Capitol one credit card from 2001  that I never applied for and was attached to my last 4 digits of Soc #  

They call up to three times a day leaving messages for the wrong person on my cell phone. They said they are going to contact my HR dept at my work to serve papers and good luck to me in court and provided a reference number. When I call back no one answered.

Just got a call from this number, very threatening.  To whom do I report this?

That same happen to me with all last week about a Capitol one credit card from 2001 and I never had this card. When I ask for a physical mailing address  or have information fax to my lawyer they hung up on me.
