This phone number is supposed to be for a landlord by the name of Anna on the corner of Sruce and 12th ave in Vancouver. They are supposed to be with a type of church. I am supposed to collect my key today, but when called a recorded voice is telling me the Richmond hospital was not able to find the number.

this is a voicemail attached to a trunk line at COastal Health. If you call this number, it likely means you were called by someone within the Coastal Health organization. If they didnt leave their direct number, you're outta luck.

Richmond General Hospital, Richmond BC calling you.

They call me all the time to verify appointments with my mom.   They call me before they call her.   The most annoying part is THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE!!!.   My mom has to go for routine tests but they end of calling me first.   So when they call, I need to be transferred all over the building.   as this is a main line (probably the switchboard) if you are calling from another area, please LEAVE A MESSAGE and a DIRECT number!!!.   what if my mom was admitted to the hospital?

They call the number they are given, in the order given. If you went to the hospital with your Mom and gave your phone number, then that is the number they call. All you have to do to change it to call your Mom is ask them to remove your number and use your Mom's.
Hospitals do not typically give out direct numbers. Nurses and other medical staff are needed to provide care to patients that are physically present,  not to answer telephone enquiries.

Yeah this number phoned me at 12:40am. It’s very weird that, the phone number is from Richmond General Hospital, but am not staying at Richmond???.
