Telephone caller with this number left no message.  Who is it?

They called me too just now. No message.

This number appears to be active again, called 5 minutes ago, no message, blocked it.

this number called and rang two times then hung up

Just called my cell at 6:20pm November 6 2018
Left no message. If they don't leave a message, they aren't trying to contact me and I block them!

Two days in a row, called in the evening around 6 or 7 pm.  I don't answer and let it go to vm.  Both times, the caller hangs up, no message.

Called me today, didn't leave a message so I called them back. Robot answered telling me it was a Vancouver based survey and I hung up.

Called at 8PM and didn't leave a message. Google search said its a landline.

Reports on other sites say it is a survey call but did not give any details.  Call back (don't do this) says, "..We're a PC based opinion research firm calling about topics in your local area.."  They may have said their name but the beginning of the recording is cut-off.
