Just got a call from this number, someone pretending he made a wrong number call to my house. Very bad accent, could barely understand him. Caller ID said "British Colombi", when I told him I wasn't interested in anything he was selling or even talking about, he kept on talking right over me. I hung up in the middle of his spiel.

BEWARE! I received a call from this "Richmond, BC" number today from a woman with Philipino sounding accent. I was feeling a little playful, a little curious and very frivolous with my time (my gift to you)... and decided to listen to the purpose of their call. She quickly passed me to her male "supervisor" after briefly explaining that I was eligible for a FREE trip being a valued member of EITHER Visa or Mastercard (he didn't know which... MOST EVERYONE has one of the other!).
After explaining  that I was elig for 3 seperate vacations and gave me lots of details! (Cancun Resort 80 % off, Orlando Fl (disney), and a Cruise for 4 people! which is valid for 2.5 years but is extendable!) He said their company name is  PREMIER CANCUN VACATIONS.  He then passed me on to a third person, his "director" who would give me "confirmations numbers" blah blah. After confirming my address ( which was my old one from two years ago) and my last name (he didn't have my first name) and informs me I can get all this which is valued at $6,000 for ONLY.... $598 USD!
Of course this is the moment I was waiting for... he wants me to give him my CCARD INFO and then he will SEND me the travel package within 10 business days! He gave me a "call back # of 1 888 804 7437, called himself Chris Lopes "director" in case this was not received; gave their address as: 404 North Tower, Cooney Road,  Richmond BC V6X 3M1;he gave a website address www.marketing4sunsetgroup.com (which gives not evidence of association to the above info). I know!... this is 20 minutes of my life i will never get back.

just now i recieved the call,he told me that im one of the winner of this MEXICO vacation,his or her name is LOSENDO alyas LOS VALDEZ he gave me the address 404 NORTH TOWER COONEY ROAD BC B6X 3M1 and also gave me this nos.1-888-804-7437 and the phone nos that he or she used coz i have a caller ID +1604-4848-164,then im going to recieve a letter 7-10days bla bla bla....asking for the expiration date of my cards when i heard about the cards i hang up my cellphone.

wow!im not alone.is this a scam?does anyone know whats this all about?

i received this call registered in my iphone aound 404pm...i tried to received it but missed it..i was in a friends house this day a thursday feb 03, 2011..i returned the call but it says the extension number not available to think that i immediately dialled it.
this number is unregistered in my list and it puzzled me who is this caller

i just had a phone call from those guys..i gave my information away...i got so excited about their promotion and blah.....and now i dont know if they are going to charge for 500$...

they just phone me today,her name was chris lopez about the vacation package,blah.blah.blah.in the first place i was excited but when they started to get an information to my credit card ill hung up my phone right away...its only a scam,dont believe to those guys...

I just got a phone call to this girl named sam lopez but then I didn't gave the exact password of my visa 'cause I know that this is just a scam !!!!

6044848164, calling me april 14 talking me about the package to have a vacation in mexico worth 6,000 to have a vacation with my family. i really surprice bacaouse she knows my name and knowing what kind of cridet card that im usung. her name is chris lopez. she said that it is free and asking also my credit card number and the security number oh my god im a victim of scam.

but i tell her frankly is these a scam and she said this is only to verify my credit information.
it incoureging person to took with her, but im afraid what to the next that i give her already my credit number and my security code. what would i do in these kind of case. can i call to the crdit card holinet to stop accepting transaction about my cridet card.

Just received a call from this number wanting to talk about our Mastercard when i started to question her she hung up.

I have been getting several calls from this number too. I never answer, as, I don't recognize the number. They never leave a message. Now I'll be sure to avoid this number all together.

I just got that exact same phone call today! Same promo saying Im a valued costumer of this company which i've never heard of. The guy on the phone had a really strong filipino accent. His name is Gary Smith (at some point he asked my background and when he found out I was filipino, he admitted he was too) fishy, asked him why his last name is Smith, said he changed it because his last name cant be pronounced properly (right..). He said the premier cancun vacation company is an international company. They described the same offer to me, stating there are only 60 people drawn for this blah blah. even gave me thier company id number (which i have no idea what to do with). I was doubtful the whole time, dunno why I kept listening. the most they got from me was my address. By the time they wanted me to confirm my information from my credit card, I simply said I'm not interested.

tried calling back -but phone is not receiving voice mail nor has a standard greeting

She said that i won for the special vacation for Mexico. This is with regards to my visa card, in which their company chose me to give the reward as a good visa customer.  Also she gave me their hotline or customer service # 18888047437..THANK YOU
