This is the first time I got a call from this number and I didn't answer it but it left an automated message for me to call this other number back with a reference number they left me. I don't know If I feel like calling them back. All it said was that they have a message for me and to retrieve the message I had to call back with the reference number. It didn't Identify to me what company or organization they wee from. Weird. I hope they call back so that I can get to the bottom of this.

These company is a joke.  These cheap cowards leave voicemails trying to track down people for petty debts.  They have no power to take anyone to court, so they hide behind recorded messages.  Folks, let them call, erase their messages, smile, and ignore them.  Try it.  It's actually kind of fun!

This company is a joke. They phone with the automated message on their machine, it is a very long long message, and they are very annoying, sometimes it takes upto 5 minutes to listen to their bloody message. I now just laugh at it and erase it rightaway. It should be illeagal for them to leave such a long message everyday. It is just a waste of time. Don't they get it that they have been doing this to me for over a year and that they have had no response from me. How long are they going to do this. I hope this company understand that the longer the message the annoying they are and that is how much I will ignore them. Should just have a sweet and simple message to the point. The other thing I don't like about this company is that the machine does not even pronounce the name right...;that is more annoying then anything. I have told them personally and they have not done anything about it. If you want some money you better be addressing me right.......When you call them back on the caller id, it does not accept your calls...ha.ha.ha.

Why is this company calling from a number that you see on your caller id and yet you cannot reach them by calling the same number back. Why is this call anonymous. Just don't pay this company, no courtesy, all they can do is leave long and nasty messages all the time. Just ignore and move on with your life.

Its WIGGINS ADJUSTMENTS  they started calling me after i got a parking ticket in west Vancouver and didn't pay it.   they are based out of Langley BC

They left a message saying someone at our household owes money to someone.  I thought it was some old debt my kid had left and the amount is small so I wrote a cheque and they cashed it.  Later I found out this debt is owed by a stranger with the same last name.  I think they pronounced the name in such a way that you cannot be sure but pay to get them off your back.  I have a cancelled cheque to prove they have swindled this amount from me.  Someone with legal expertise should take this on to start a class action suit for both invasion of privacy and willful misrepresentation.  If you wish to know more about this company, they have a website and it proudly states they are using modern technology to do their collection work.  Shame.

WIGGING ADJUSTMENTS are a total joke! I got a parking ticket from Whistler Municipality and paid it. Delinquent I might add! But by the time I paid the fine to the Munny at Whistler they had already passed the info on the Wiggins Adjustments and ZI have been receiving calls multiple times a dfay from them for 18 months now and they will not go away. BUT, I did find a way to screw them around...... return their call and you get an automated multiple choice. I press the buttons saying the check is in the mail. That screws with them for a few days. Lots of fun to screw with the screwers. Wiggind has no power to do anything so play their game and mess with their heads a little.

What should I pay?

these guys are a bunch of small time goon. the best way for you to know if you really owe any debt to them is either have them address your debt in formal writing OR an actual live person with legal documents. Otherwise you all got scammed. Calling thru phone saying you owe them debt cannot be upheld in court canada, without legal documents.

This company will try to get hold of you by mail. They will send a letter in a Manila coloured envelope with no markings on it other than a return addressof 19985 68th st. Langley B.C.. DO NOT OPEN IT ! Just return it to sender.

If everyone does this, we can put this piece of [***] company out of business and stop this harassment!

They are seriously annoying....clearly they are a Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00 outfit - get called almost every day ( while I'm at work ) but never anything after 5:00 or on weekends....would love to rip a strip off them but you can't get through when you call the number on the call display - what kind of a legitimate collection business has these bankers hours.......NONE...

They have been calling us for awhile too.  Can't even understand what name they are trying to say.  I usually just hang up on computer generated calls--as soon as I sense that a real person is not there, I hang up.  We have hit "4" for their system to know it is the wrong number but they still keep calling.

Getting these calls here too, usually daily, sometimes several times within hour, including weekends.  I don't even have any outstanding debts, it is a case of mistaken identity (common enough name).  I initially blocked the calls using my phone's feature but I could tell they were still calling and wanted to get them to stop, so picked up.  They don't attempt to say who the money is owed to, they just want your credit card number, or had another option for why you can't pay within 5 days.  

I didn't get an option to talk to anyone or say it is the wrong number.

I get a chick named Francis calling me.

I just have the numbers they use in my speed dial and set so it goes directly to voicemail. Annoying as hell.

call 604-530-0211 the main office number and wait for someone to answer then hang up....repeat 40 times thoughout the day everyday for a month

they called me at work the first time and I told them off. They wanted me to send money to a bank transit that day!!! I didn't know who they were or wtf!!!! Anyways they call me 2 times a day and leave this annoying message. It is funny though because they mispronounce my name and say if the person is not home, press 1!!!!! Anyways I delete the messages and when they call me when I am at home, I lift up the reciever and hang it up right away to disconnect the call. I am sick to death of them and hope that they go out of business soon. It has been two years already!!!!

There is an easy way to get these people to stop calling.

According to the BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT;

(4) A collector must not continue to communicate with a debtor
(a) except in writing, if the debtor
(i)  has notified the collector to communicate in writing only, and
(ii)  has provided a mailing address at which the debtor may be contacted,

Simply the collections agency a fax at 604.530.4977 stating you wish to be contacted by written correspondence ONLY and state the mailing address at which they can send mail to you. Provide your full name, and be sure to clearly note what matter pertains to (i.e. parking ticket for license plate number ABC 123) the sign the fax, and record the date you sent it. Keep the fax. You also need to send the same fax to the creditor (i.e. the parking lot company).

If they are calling you about a parking ticket from Diamond Parking, in the same fax, tell them you wish to dispute the ticket and all related charges in court. They wont take you to court because it's your word against there's, they won't win. Even if they tried the cost of pursuing the matter in court far exceeds the sum they can hope to recover.

Lastly, a parking ticket and fine from a private parking lot WILL NOT and CAN NOT affect your credit rating. You did not borrow money from them and not pay it back. Parking tickets from the city, however, might be a different story.
