Why hasn't any one been prosecuted . Rather then dealing with a local telephone company . Go digital. made sense if you routinely make calls to friends and family . So why has it that this bit of technology has been servicing companies that intrude with numbers and locations that can be traced. It could be a neighbor the number shows in a city that miles fro nowhere..  Same M.O. sell you a product or pose a  debt collector . Phone my mothers house My place of work my land lord. Drive me insane I don't have any outstanding debt I don't even own a credit card. But the one things seems a little fishy to me . How in gods name do they seem to know when I step out.( errands to run ) No messages. The minute Im home  The phone starts wringing up a storm Call blocked 4-5 times a day !. If my neighbor leaves no calls, If Im not on line no calls. If I Im gone for a few days no calls. Starting to see a pattern here. NO coincidence that Im being stalked. Like the world needs another psycho.

I got this automated message from this number, 604-546-0271, that I have an overdue debt that must be paid within 5 days and it gave me to options to pay right now with my credit card. As I have no outstanding debts, this sounds very fishy.

I keep changing my phone number every month and before you no it I start getting strange calls from different places. Most new phone numbers you get are just recycled numbers and the last owner of the number was getting junk calls also.  All you can do is keep changing your phone number every month until you find a good one.

this seems like a scam.   Calling back this number gives a fast busy.  Do yourself a favour, and report this number and the company (Wiggins) to the CTRC Do Not Call List registry.   They deserve to be fined.   Canada has laws against this type of telemarketing scam with financial penalties for the perpetrators..

This number is calling my 74 year old father at all hours saying that he owes $900. It is a recorded message that can not be called back.  They say they are from Optimum Credit Collection. I have not contacted them yet as it is after hours. I will in the morning. My dad owes nothing to no one. This is ridiculous that they are hassling him. He is getting all stressed out. I will have a few choice words with them tomorrow. Really pisses me off!

V simple just block this call

They are calling me for an out standing ticket with diamond parking that I refuse to pay.

The ticket wasn't left on my window so I didn't know I'd been given a ticket. I was on the lot for less than 5 minutes and they took a picture of my car.

A month later I had a letter saying I hadn't paid a ticket id never received and the price was doubled. I tried to argue it but it's been sent to wiggins adjustments now and they keep calling.

So far I've blocked 2 numbers from them but they must have several.

As they have failed to remain within the boundaries of Canadian Laws and collected more than sufficient evidences to make some people arrested, this should take very long anymore before they stopped harassing further people

I get at least 2 - 3 calls a day from this company and you can never reach them. This is a scam and I wish I can take further action like informing the police, or phone company? any ideas out there?

Very annoying call, obviously not legitimate.  They say it is an "important message" to get your attention.

Just block it. another one comes up. Block it again. You can't talk sense who does not talk sense. Just ignore it.;

Calling at all times. Can't recall.

Get at least 3 calls a day. If you phone back no one answers so gave up months ago. As I cannot block calls on my cell I have marked number as blocked. So when blocked comes up  I don't answer

This Company is a scam!!!!!!! They constantly phone me everyday.They claim they are a collection agency ,(Wiggens Adjustments) and are collecting a debt for Virgin mobile .This is absolutely bull#### My phone provider is Virgin mobile for years .I have talked to Virgin mobile customer service and have told me there is no such debt and that I have been a valued customer  for years. Something should  be done about this ......Big Scam¡!!!!!!!!!!

The calls just keep right on coming - no one there, harassing my 69 year old mother who is becoming fearful of even answering the phone!!

What can be done about these horrid people?!?

This number continues to call me. I also received calls from 604-546-0311 back in January and February. All asking me to call 888-376-6611 for an important personal message. When I call I spoke with a person who tried to be aggressive and wanted my credit card number for an outstanding parking ticket but wouldn't tell me from where. No thanks! I hung up and they keep calling. Very annoying. I block their numbers every time they come up but I can see in my blocked folder that they're still trying. They seem to get a new phone number every couple of months whoever they are.

Mother flukers call every night 6 to 7 times a night. Use different 604 area code, 1-888, and 1-800 numbers.  Block these numbers asap so u r not harassed.  They show no mercy.
