Send a fax to the collection agency stating you wish to be contacted by written correspondence ONLY, with your full name, mailing address, and note what the matter pertains to. Sign the fax, and record the date you sent it. Keep the fax.

your complaints will go no where do you think the feds give a rats [***] about a few tax payer problems. I looked at the rules and regulations and quite frankly we the victims have no rights no recourse, no limit to who they call or when they call or how many times they call.  If corporate companies use there services do you think there going to be sympathetic  obviously not, like most Canadians who made poor financial decisions- were unable to make those payments, they know it and that's what drives the locomotive  greed , ignorance and corruption. Don't even bother with a lawyer, trillion dollar assets, investment in 100 different countries like  some legal aid freshman would intimidate any debt collection agency.

I received a harassment call from no. 604-546-0311 that I have to pay $ 1053/- for nothing

This number continuously calling everyday, and if i don't pick up they use another number 604 546 0271

Received the following calls from this number, will not leave a message on vm. I think this constitutes harassment...

I recieve calls from this number daily. It interferes with my job. I can't seem to talk to whoever it is calling me. It needs to stop!

i keep receiving 4 to 5 calls a day from the caller numbers 604 546 0311 and 604546 0271.
Is this annoying calls illegal ? How action can I take to stop this nuisance ?

I receive call every days and all day, they never live a voice mail is just a machine.

When I do get a real person I ask them to wait well I get my paper work. I then put the phone down on speaker I make it sound  like I'm sifting through paper work. After 5 mins I tell them I'm still looking and I keep doing that until they hang up

Unfortunately, we live within a system where parasites like this are dug in too deep to ever be eradicated. You have no control over what they do. The only thing you control is how you react. So this is my philosophy. I have all my friends, family and buisnesses I know and trust programmed into my phone already. So, if a phone number calls me that doesn't have a name I recognize attached to it. I let it go to voicemail. If it's important, they'll leave a message. If I think it's important, I'll return the call. I put on a ringtone that makes me smile, so these idiots can call me 30 times a day and I could care less. I like to imagine that it's some stressed out [***] on the other end freaking out that he can't put a tick next to my name and he's going to get fired and won't know where his next pack of cigarettes and bucket of chicken are going to come from. Meanwhile, I'm rockin' out to "Bacon Pancakes" every time he calls and not having a care in the world! Looooooooooool!

Save to contacts. Set all notifications to silent. Save as many numbers to that contact card as u need to. Call contact card 'sad lonely person'. Laugh every time you notice a call, that you never hear again. I've got collectors, ex-girlfriends, losers... all saved to Sad Lonely Person. Could be any of them lol.
