no idea what this was about  they said it was private info , its says online that it is based out of Sioux falls sd and it came up as oudoors unlimited, very strange

i got the same info.  They said it is a private matter.  I called the number back and was told all lines are busy.  Phone number is for a Outdoors Unlimited LLC.   WTF

Its A collection agency

This is AAA Collection out of Sioux Falls.  Their primary account they collect for in Sanford Medical, but they collect for many different businesses.
They are actually pretty decent to work with on payment plans for medical bills that you weren't able to pay in full right away.

they called my cellphone which my roommate had and demanded that she give them my work number to call me on but refused to give any info to what the "emergency" was regarding and were very rude.

Woke up to a call from this number.... And asked for my fiancee with a last name she never used....confusing till I read this! Thanks for the info

its AAA collections they usually collect on Midcontinent or Sanford medical bills

This number calls me at least once a week, and I never get a response on the other end. If you call me and waste my minutes after I answer and don't say a freaking thing, then dont effing call. I even waited one day for about 2 minutes.... still never had a voice on the other end. Very frustrating!!!

Some Lindsay from this company called me but refused to ID co she worked for. I told her don't call me again until you can say what company you work for which by law they are requried to do.

Wants me to FAX a copy of my Mother's DPA and legal guardianship, which I hold, before they will discuss something regarding a 'personal matter' regarding my Mother.  I don't think so!!!!  This says 'fraudulent' all over it!  Phoning my Mother's Attny now to report the matter.  

I got 8 calls from this company today, in which I answered in 5 times.  First they would state who they were and wanted my ssn and dob which I refused until they gave me a company name.  The lady wouldn't state what she was calling about so I informed her if she didn't tell me who she was I was going to disconnect, the second I disconnected she called me back!  Told me if I didn't give her my info, the calls were just going to continue.  I informed her threatening calls was illegal and disconnected.  Soon after, I got more calls in which I answered, 2 of which there was nobody there, but the last call I got a lady named Lisa.  She stated it was AAA Collections.  After I informed her I had spoken with someone before 2x that day and that the girl threatened me and then called back again the lady was shocked.  I updated her on FDCPA laws and that once you reach me it is illegal to call again in the same day numerous times.  As I was talking to her I had them calling again AT THE SAME TIME!  The rep checked on my account, stated nobody was in my account but her, then realized the girl I had the problem with earlier was indeed calling me.  I don't think I will be dealing with this company!

We get numerous calls first thing in the morning until night . They will not leave a message. When you dial the number to find out who it was, the reps will not identify the business. I do have a bill in collections with them (AAA), but they need to identify themselves and they need to not call several times a day. I do believe they are "shady." But what can we do?

Forgot to add: they also use several different numbers, different enough that you wouldn't know it is the same company.....I get that it may be part of the way debt collectors try to "trap" unsuspecting people, but it also seems a bit "shady" too...
