called and didn't leave a message

Started getting calls this morning from this number. I have received 4 calls within an hour and no messages are left on my voicemail. I have read elsewhere this is a Wells Fargo Financial number. I cannot answer the call because I am at work. I will try to call this number back later.

rude unruly people on the other end of the line .. they call at all hours of the day.... and have no regard for the legality of what they are doing. They have been told numerous NOT to call my number... but continue to call.... this needs to be stopped!!!!
These calls ahve all been about my daughters student loan with Wells Fargo bank. She will not even be late with payments and they will call and harrass us about the loan for days before the payment is due. DO NOT BORROW STUDENT LOAN MONEY FROM WELLS FARGO. They are rude and ruthless after you sign on the bottom line!!!!

tired of getting these calls. Would be different if I wasn't paying my payment but I am. They still call all the time!!!  They suck. Don't borrow from Wells Fargo!!!

They're right, Wells Fart-n-go is totally out of control. People should complain to their senators, their actions are more of a loan shark than a bank. WARNING TO ANYONE WHO TAKES OUT A LOAN WITH WELLS, YOU WILL BE SORRY NO MATTER HOW WELL YOU PAY ON IT!!!

Wells needs to become a repectable business just like everyone else, please read-  The Fair Debt Collections Act

Creditors may not continue to contact a consumer, except through litigation, after receiving express notice from the consumer.

Creditors may not contact a consumer at work or who is known to be represented by an attorney.

Here's out of the Fair Debt Collection Act and it's exactly what they DO-

Causing a telephone to ring or engaging any person in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously: with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number.[4]

Communicating with consumers at their place of employment after having been advised that this is unacceptable or prohibited by the employer[5]

They won't stop unless people complain about the crooks that they are!!

They call constantly and try to harrass you. It makes no difference if you pay ontime, they usally do not post you check to you account for up to 3 weeks, so they always say you are late and hit you with fees. They are worse than a loan shark, will never do business with again. write you senator, congress man, the FTC, you state attorney general, federal consumer protection agency. put this info on the web, facebook,twitter etc, if enough of you do it might cause some action to be taken. They are a very greedy and bad company.

They have done the same thing to me. First they screwed me over by never sending me any bills. Then they call me nonstop and blind side me saying that i owe them two months of payments and they want it now. They even agreed they never sent me any statements but don't care, They called it a courtesy and that they shouldn't have to send statements. DO NOT BORROW FROM WELLS FARGO!!!! they will harass you and bully you around the second you a day late. Even if its there fault.

they call all day long i paid them faithfully for 10 yrs I get laid off and have some money troubles and they could care less! I tried to consolidate the 2 loans I have with them through another company and they blocked from happening. they kept throwing road blocks up at every corner so that the person working my new loan could not complete the transaction.Then when i tried to do it through them they said i was not eligible. I had a credit consolidation company work my loans and they would not bend on the due date to accomidate the payment to be on time. now they are threatening to seize my step father and mothers checking account and their money from a pension fund (both retired and live on a fixed income) i am collecting un emplyment and make a 1/3 of what I am used to paying barley paying a mortgage and car payments yet they demand their money....So much for Obama paying for it... maybe if i was an illegal or a left wing progressive radical with a socialist vision I could get a free ride. not for a hard working conservative that wants to work for a living.... they do nothing but make it hard for me to earn a living! Now they want to make us carpenters pay $300 for a lead removal class. with hefty fines if you dont follow their green tree huggin guidlines.....I hate this new society that is taking over..... I wish i was dead and i do not want to take part in any socialist anti american Obama dream......All I want is someone to work with me until I get back in my feet.... but the thing is they want me down and out on unemployment! they want me dependent on the government......they want me america to fail so that we have no chouce but to go socialist . Obama hates capitalism and they want  the hard working americans to dissappear! Just like I want the Wells fargo [***] to do! I will pay you when I get money......Next time they call I am goijg to tell them Obama is paying for it! remember back during the campaign thet girl on tv was saying i am so happy i dont have to worry about my car payment , my insurance, and my mrtgage now that Obama is in office.......I am sick of of freeloading scum that want live on the taxpayers dime!

My son has a Student loan and is going to school, the school is supposed to report send his registration information to these people, but I keep getting calls at work, and they hang up when I anwer, then they call my cell phone so I reject the call. I have told my son to call them to get the information to them and had to call them & fax the information myself because they kept sending bills.  This is rediculous. I cosigned and would rather file bankrupsy and not pay them a dime than go through this BS!

they called me for weeks at 9:00 am every day - just short after 2 hours when I layed down -because I work nights. i told them over and over again they must have the wrong number -because they keep asking for someone that I never heard of. I registered them with the do not call registry - called them back and firmly told them -whomever they are looking for -no longer lives here -to no avail. i finally just turned the ringer off.

Calls six or seven times a day. No message just leaves a number.  Calls in the morning early and late at night.  I don't have a loan with them but co-signed for a grandson who has his payment deducted auitomatically from his bank account.  They bought the loan for Wachovia and can't get the paperwork straight.  I am handicapped and these calls are a harrassment.

I pay my bill and I still get the call. I just got a call today and my bill isn't due until the 25th. So why would the be calling me now when it's the 14th. Plus I paid my bill last month and they hadn't applied it correctly and texted me saying I was late but I paid on time. It was their error.

The same thing is happening to me. They never sent me any bills or statements! And I didn't even borrow from them. The company I borrowed from went under and Wells Fargo bought the loan. I never got any notice about it, or any bills. I just went to check on my loans and the website said the company was closed with no instructions on what to do. Now Wells Fargo has hit me with this statement saying that I am 120 days late on payments that I have to pay 4 months worth of $200+ dollar payments right now plus late fees. I complained and they said they don't have to send me a bill...apparently I am supposed to psychically know when, where, and how much to send this company that I didn't even borrow from initially! In the time it has taken me to write this message, this number has called me 3 times and hung up immediately without leaving a message or even letting it ring more than once...this absurd!

This number calls my home every 2 to 3 seconds I have actually time it this needs to be reported and WellFargo needs to stopped this harrazment
