got a call and no one speaks

Message left goes something like this: This message is for..., if you are not ... please hang up. If you are listening to this message then you are agreeing that you are ..." and so on stating they are attempting to collect a debt. Is this LEGAL?

i got a call twice in the last couple days from this number, when i try to call back, amessage comes up saying"all circuits are busy"

I just got a call from the number, and it turned out to be a collection agency. No machine though, I got a real person. Nice guy.

I get this phone call almost on a daily basis at work, looking for an former employee of mine. I always hang up when it prompts me to, because I'm not who they are looking for. Obviously the person is not here, I wish they would stop calling me.

Got a call @ 12:59 pm asking for someone other than me. They did not identify themselves.

I have received the same calls as well as,8776883550 has no name just voice messages&person(s) calling;8882021333&8889212342  Ms. Wiggins,FernandoGalvan,ChristopherGullo,3842HarlemRoad,Suite400-329, Buffalo,NY14215  callers:Chris,Becky, Patrick,Debra.I am having the same problem with the calls and their request for someone named Jackson and Ernestine Harris, as well as, other names and I am amazed at how they ask for you name and SSN--unbelievable and the calls start at 8 am - 8:59 pm!  I thought this one was a crank call like BartSimpson cartoon saying,want to leaseabutt with the company name, OneMainFinancial.com is OneMainFinancial 8882021333 and 8889212342, 300St.PaulPlace,Baltimore, MD 21202;P.O.Box183172, Columbia,MD 43218 also, OsirisJavitt@hotmail.com is using my home telephone number for soliciting info on-line. I did file these with Verizon (.com), Hotmail.com, Do Not Call Registry &The Attorney General's Office (OAG)  Thanks for posting

This is a collection agency that goes by the name of integrity solutions.  

got this call twice this morning back to back! i answered both times and nobody was there or not talking!

Got a call today from this number.  No message was left.  Caller ID said South Dakota call.
