    I have told express collections that are calling a prepaid cell phone and asked repeatedly to remove my cell number from their call lists, they have yet to stop calling, they have gar exceeded any debt I may have owed by far. Does anyone know how to hold Express Collections liable for all of the money they have cost me in pre paid minutes? They have been calling for approx 1.5 years at least 15 times per week on a pre paid trac phone that is my disabled sons phone for emergencies.
