Unknown, missed call.  No message.  When phoned back voice said "No one is avaliable to take your call, please call back"

Called me, hung up when machine picked up.

called 8:04 pm hung up when my machine picked up.  This is the second time this number has called.

Not sure who it was. Called at 10:43 am. Strange indeed.

got a call from 606 833-0105 at around 2:05PM / 20 FEB 2008.
left no message.  this is the 2nd time this number called.
really annoying call.

review your phone bill if you call this number back.  You will likely be charged for a service or 411.

I have filed a complaint with the FCC.  I urge all of you to do the same.

June 18 & 19 Call from this number.  ID shows it is Lester Marketing.  Always hangs up when machine answers.

LESTER INC needs to fix this or have their lines pulled.

This company is called Lester, Inc., based out of Branford, CT. They are calling on behalf of companies who provided you with free magazine subscriptions. I called the number provided, 606-833-0102, extension 7017, and spoke to the replacement for 'Melissa Pierson'. I asked the replacement to take my number off their lists since I do not have a free subscription to any magazines. She said it takes 24-48 hours. I will wait for 72 hours, and I get additional calls, they will be sued, and I will provide the recording of our conversation to the local police and federal authorities.

I just hit ignore button on my phone when this call came in on my caller id as 6068330105. If I don't recognize the number I don't ever pick up. I checked here and sure enough it was a solicitor. I don't think I'll waste time checking the brief voicemail that was left.

I work for Lester and have done so for many years. The people who call are really good, caring, and well educated. Most of us have financial difficulties that make it necessary to work a part-time job. I have huge medical bills, and find that this job is less demanding on me physically because I am disabled. I am treated with respect by my supervisors and co-workers. Most of the people that I speak with treat me with similar respect. I really enjoy the job. For those who do not appreciate a call, please just tell the caller to take you off their call list and it will be done! But remember the Do Not Call list is effective for 5 years and then you may get a call again. Have a good holiday!

carolcuevas, if you work for a company that violates the law, I don't care HOW badly you need the money--you break the law for a living.  Far as I'm concerned, that makes your behavior no better than the dope dealer on the street corner. Get another job that doesn't involve violating other people's privacy.

And by the way, if you call my cellphone again, I can assure you that you WON'T enjoy talking to me.

My experience is pretty much what Denzel noted:
Lester, Inc. is calling on behalf of companies who provided subscribers with free magazine subscriptions. Like Denzel, I also called the number provided, 606-833-0102 - you may have some difficuly getting through if you try right after they've called you. Sorry, "Tired of the calls", but if you signed up for any free magazines, or even if someone is pranking you by doing so with your phone #, the company is legally allowed to call you until you contact them to stop, even if if they have an annoying, inconvenient way of confirming the info. I assume that if we were to give them the info they're looking for, they'd leave us be for 6 - 12 months again.

Carolcuevas - I know the heartbreak of working in telemarketing. It can be very demoralizing and demotivating to work somewhere where your public contact is always with people who are annoyed with you.

That's probably why they don't have people actually waiting to talk to you, when their system dials your phone #.

Called once and I let it go to voicemail, but they didn't leave a message. They called again 4 days later and hung up after the phone rang once.
