this number keeps calling and when I answer no one is there then you hear a hang up, it comes from New York! I tried to reverse call it but it says number not published, anyone else have this problem?

I got the same call today and can't trace

Called me today telling me my microsoft on my computer was infected!

Say they are Microsoft technicians and they want to scan your computer. If you let them they will take control of your computer and download their antiviral program and then ask you for $149.95 to pay for it. The program is titled IOBIT.

They've called a number of times telling us they are a service provider from Microsoft.  They aim to have you download something (?) on your computer so that they can remotely control it.  They gave
315-791-4333 as a number to call them back.

they call having my information.they call about loan,the underson legals

they called my phone and hang up

Received call but they left no message

called and said they were an anti virus company and that i had downloaded a bunch of viruses that they wanted to fix. aint falling for that.

told me he was a police officer and that i had a bank fraud against my name for some bank i have never heard of.... i know i have neve committed bank fraud......SCAM!!!

HAve also received multiple calls - called many months ago with the computer angle already outlined on this post but I refused multiple times and now getting the hanging up ... any ideas where they are getting our tel numbers  from ?

Called number of times in uk.claim to be  a window company based in wolverhampton.got a meeting with them tommorrow.

Probably know more about Window Cleaning than Windows programs.

Called and hung up. My caller display did not identify the name of the caller.  Having read other reports on this number here, their name should be "scams are us".

When I got this phone call, they said that they were calling from Canada Mortgage. However I could not call the number back

let him speel his computor infected thing and left the receiver on the desk,listen to  the idiot say hello,hello for 10 minute on his dime.then hung up on him.

i received the same call today telling me my computer was infected and if i turned it on they would help me clear the problem.  the whole thing sounded fishey. i hung up on them,

I just received the same call....hung up after I said "hello".  I tried calling back, but no answer.  Is there some place we can report these harassing calls because they sure seem to be on the increase.  So far I've been fortunate that they all just hang up, but I've heard of some people being harassed over & over & even being threatened.
