Called in the evening, did not leave message, did not want to pick it up, perhaps a scam or bill collector.

Got the call and didn't leave message. Dialed it back and says it is WB&A market research.

i got one too from this number- its a land  line in tomkins county NY , no message was left

Phone questionaire for students entering law school. They asked age, race, currently enrolled in UG, what semester intend to enroll.

I got this call, too.  Not only am I on the do not call list, my number is also not published!

Got the call on my cell phone and they did not leave a message at 6:58pm

got the call--I am on a do not call list...didn't answer, don't know anyone in Ithaca NY

I don't think market research qualifies as solitcitation, so the Do Not Call list doesn't apply here.  

However, I wish it did, because they have been ringing my house at least once a day for two weeks -- Extremely.  Annoying.

I got this call today (11/11/09) at 8:49pm - extremely late for a marketing call!! My cell is on the DNC list so it sucks that they can circumvent this law and still call me anyway!

also received this call, no message. this is the 5th call i've received in 2 days, the other number was 410 721 0500

It was from a marketing research firm with a questionnaire regarding my current Health Care provider.   Was actually pretty fun!!  lol

I got a call from this number and they were doing research from a recent health insurance claim I had through Care First. She just asked me to rate their service and verify my name and location. It was a little bit strange.

Got this call on Friday afternoon.  They asked if I could answer a few questions about a call I made earlier in the day to my health care provider.  I didn't have time and the guy on the phone was polite.

Market Research companies are not affected by teh DO NOT CALL list. That is only for telemarketers... Market Researchers only want your opinions and sometimes they pay you for it. I tried it once, it was not bad... a easy way to get them to stop calling is to take the survey!  LOL

if only these people knew how much bad they bring to the world, maybe they would find a more fulfilling job, like a lawyer

Received a call from 607-330-5304 at 10:00 a.m. this morning on main line to my Company.  When call was put through to me by our receptionist the caller I.D. on my phone showed the above phone number.   When I answered the phone line as "Mr. Blah Blah's office", she then said she had a survey she would like my boss to do on Senior Executive Awareness and also wanted a contribution from him of $100.  Told her my boss was on a conference call and he would have to call her back and I asked for her number.  The number she gave me was now 800-985-0744.  I put the 1-800 number into an internet search and came up with the following company:

Yes, like many of you, I'm on the Do Not Call list. This is my cell phone # which I give out judiciously.

In my case, this market research company was probably calling re: CareFirst BlueCrossBlueShield, which I already know cares nothing about my privacy. They hand over all personal info to third-party companies, usually to try to find out if you have other insurance so they can deny claims.

Got a missed call on my cell phone from (607) 330-5304 at 5:21pm on Tuesday June 29 and they did not leave a message.
