What a scam - and had the nerve to call me back immediately from another number after I hung up on him the first time! By the way - he was Filipino, not Indian. Beware!

Got 6 calls in a row, from this number and several others (626 area code and 210). Bogus.

they called me last night, same thing, Branch Comfort, started talking about windows, I thought they were trying to sell me windows for my house, and as I unloaded on this fillipino/indian, and told him I was on the do not call list and don't EVER F'ing call me again, I heard him say something about computers, but I hung up. Pretty sure his ears are still ringing.

They keep calling me but will not answer when I say hello, I called back to let them know I am on the do not call list but they never answered.

i have received a call notification from this number but i don't know why call me, if possible please call again.

received 3 call from 3 different numbers in a 7 minute time on May 6, 2013:
1st - 1:35pm 607-562-8715 NEW YORK - very hard to understand, background noise louder, asked for business owner regarding web site.  Could not understand 99% of speaking voice
2nd - 1:38pm 315-789-9672 NEW YORK - claimed he was same caller, asked him how could he be if he's calling from a different area code, background noise still louder and clearer than he was
3rd - 1:42pm 607-363-9777 BRANCH COMFORT - answered on 5th ring - minor background noise, quiet foreground, then they hung up

got a call from this number this morning, didn't pick up.. I live in ENGLAND!!

I got a call from the phone number 607 363 9777 which I think is Rosco N.Y. USA  when I answered no one answered me andd within a few seconds there was an auto message saying goodbye.
I find this strange as I am in Scotland UK  no idea if it is a scam call but they never called back up to now 11.39 am GMT the call came in at 11.20 am GMT  IN UK

caller said he was calling from the irs and asked if i knew about "the case".  I hung up.  he called back repeatedly from different numbers and said there would be a warrant for my arrest in a hour

Man with a thick accent (barely understandable) called saying they were with the IRS.  He Said we owed tax money.  I let him tell me his "story".  He also stated that the police would be at our house in 1 hour to make an arrest.  I then told him that if he didn't stop calling us, that I would contact police to have HIM arrested.  He then got very vulger with me.  TOTAL SCAM!

Same thing happened to me, exactly same reason, IRS is filing a lawsuit against you! I called back at the number suggested and there was no answer just a busy... total scam I am reporting them to the FTC!

Ditto for me too-- let the machine get it and it was a robo-message saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit.  Like these guys use auto-messages!  Figured it was a scam so didn't even bother calling back.

Got a call from this number regarding IRS Crime & Investigation department - it was a recorded message and I was been told to contact a lawyer as soon as I am getting this call from this number.
I called back but immediately but no one received my call.

Got a call from this number as well. Did not pick up my phone. I live in Denmark! wtf!

Caller ID said "Branch Comfort", a recorded message saying that it's a final warning from the IRS.  These scammers should really put more work into their caller ID display LOL ...
