I got a call from an individual saying that there was a law suit against me for a payday loan.  I proceeded to tell the person that he had me confused with someone else.  We argued back and forth and he finally threatened that he is send the cops to arrest me at my home.  I hope this is a scam only because I sure hope no one is using my social for these unauthorized transactions.

I doubt that there is anything to worry about, they are not all that smart if  you look at some of the other blogs like 800notes they say the same thing over and over again and neve take actions... i told them to send the police and they just hung up....i wouldnt really worry about. i started answering the calls and make fun of them... thinking about changing my number. dont let them get to oyu

these numbers have continued to call me since october.  i have talked to several different "reps".  Christopher Chris, Allen Smith, and Max Johnson from 607-595-1741.  they state that they are a collections agency for a payday loan.  i have never taken out a payday loan.  these people have yelled at me and called me names.  i was told to "take care, and die", and was called a "mother f***er".  they are located in Binghampton, NY.  this company shows up as YMAX Communications.  The owner of this company has already been sued for fraud.  These people are ridiculous and relentless.

These people keep calling and threatening me that there will be the local police offers at my door within 48 hrs. if I don't call them back because I have recieved a payday loan that I have not paid back and that I have lied about the information that I have given them as far as paying the loan back.  Each time they say a different loan company,..and they say they are going to get me fired from my job and I will be behind bars and their attorneys have filed a case against me.  So I had everything checked by my bank with my statements and there is no such loan established.  I did have a few loans but have paid one off still paying one off and these are neither one of the ones these people are talking about.  The scarry thing is that they have all my personal information, ( SS#, address etc..) . These loans were applied for online and these people are getting this info.  I am not alone there are quite a few people that come up with complaints if you Google the phone # 607-595-1745. They are not Americans.  I have recorded a few of there messages, they also call from a place in NY ( Batavia ),585-250-8090.  This needs to be looked into and taken care of.  I am going to go to the news people to exploit it more because peoples personal info is being used.

Yea this guy says that his name is Ricky Woods, they try to be professionals and are very poor about it.  They can not speak English very well and they curse and threaten you,..dang what kind of law office is that.  I hope they get caught very soon.

Yes they are many different versions but absolutely a scam. If you notice when you ask for written documents they change the subject .all last names are same wilson is common. I have called the fbi dept of social security and dept of justice . Help and report it names and numbers as much info as possible!

i also got calls mentioned. they say i have a lawsuit against my name and ss# it is scary they have my information and personal too. i hope someone  could get them behind bars. they keep calling my job and theatening me. i am so upset!
