I tried to call the number back and it was not in-service. This is a scam - hang up and report the call.

Yes got a call today afternoon . They did not leave any message or id info. I don't know who they are.

I got a call from this person and they told me my windows system was reporting errors to microsoft.  Well my windows computer isn't even connected to the internet.  (I'm a linux user) so I started asking question about how my computer was reporting these error and what company they worked for.   They said there must be some miss reported information and he hung up on me.

Yes they have called my house 3 times!! its like this indian man talking about my PC.... im like WTF i have a mac you dumbass ! then he asked me what i was doing and where my parents are and i just immitated him back in his accent. So now im just waiting for him to call back so i can tell him there are bombs planted in his body... OH and he wanted my credit cards, im like dude do ya seriously think i own a credit card!! use your own [***] credit card OMG HE IS CALLING ME NOW!! BYEEEE

keeps calling at 6 or 7 in the am. call back and its not in service

They have been calling me all day, saying I got a federal goverment grant. When I say not interested & take me off ur list, they hang up. Always from India. & # is not in service. So how can that be when they just called me? & who do I need report this to. Very irritating.When they call back, cause you know they will, I'm gonna scream into the phone. That'll teach them for trying to slam me.

since I had previously informed this individual that I don't have a pc, he has reverted to a different scam and called claiming he's doing a survey, DO NOT provide him with ANY information or access to your comp or credit card, this is a known scam that has been reported and the RCMP has been aware of it since March 2011

Called saying he is from Microsoft, ask him to forward me to the Canadian Office, hung up on him

Just got a call from this number, definitely a scam.  An east Indian man was telling my husband to turn on our computer because we had been hacked. My husband then hung up.  Beware this is the second one this month from different phone numbers.

Was told I have a problem with my computer,it was very hard to understand him, scam hanged up on him.

Some indian accented guy called my cell... plenty of noise in background like from a call center. He just kept saying hello...hello... i hung up. junk call.

Thank you Caller ID! I just got call from 607-712-1168; lady said she is from "Technical Maintenance" and that our computer has been sending messages that there were viruses on our computer. I probed and asked her how she got our number. She said it is a company in NY called Swapsecure. We said that we will call her back and she couldn't.  Then she said we were not her customer. We hung up.

Just received a call.... Trying to explain that my computer had problems that i could not see...  My hubby works with computers for a living and is always giving our internet connection the highest security with snorts, bans and all sorts of things...  The indian man with extremelly bad english accent almost got pissed at me cause i was saying that he was lying.  He finally said then go on and hang up then, you'll be sorry for not letting me help you.... Ya right!  + we are a french household, he was not expecting that when i took the call, until i started to switch to english ;). So don!t be fooled!!
