The foreign accented man told me that he is going to kill me after I argued with him as to his company being a fraud and that he needs to get a real job.

Just had the same thing happen here.

Very rude foreign guy. He told me his name was John Gonzales and his batch # _____ (I didn't write it down) I told him that we did not have any advertising with his company. He wanted to transfer me to another department to 'cancel' my contract. I hung up on him after I told him I was not going to give him any information. He called back and said that we were going to be renewed and charged $835 for 2 more years!!! My boss heard the call and told him he WOULD not renew anything with him and not to threaten us and he hung up on the guy.

Just got the same story everyone above got. Person state his name as John Gonzales, told me that my company had listing with them since 2012 and that it was "complimentary" and now he is calling to find out if I am going to renew it for over $800 per 2 years. He stated that his call is to CLOSE account unless I want to keep going. I said - whatever it is, I want it closed, not-renewed, etc...he said I have to talk with Determination department..and he connected me with them. "Determination" department's guy said  ...'we are confirming your !!!!! I N V O I C E !!!!  and...bla bla...and I said...what are you talking about, what Invoice?? He said, you have to pay $800 something invoice or we will put you in Collection and you will be paying anyway.
I said I don’t use your services whatever it is, I have no knowledge of ever signing up for anything with you and end of conversation. And I hang up.
Please, if we have some lawyers in our community - can you PLEASE stop these rude scammers? It so much interferes with our lives, our businesses...it is just RIDICULOUS.

This guy calls my business once a week.  Telling me that we owe them over $800.00 and he is sending me a bill.  He is very rude and if you hang up on him, he calls you back.  Today when he called I told him if he will fax me the bill I would pay him .  He said let me record this then. Got back on the phone and said we are now on a record so if I fax you a bill, you will pay it right now.  I said well let me have your number so if we get disconnected I can call you back . he gave me a number.  I said I am going to call you on the other line to make sure this your number.  He then told I was so stupid and must be from the South. Then asked was I from Alabama? I continued to dial the number on speaker so he could hear, and he hung up on me.  He will call again I am sure.

By the way the number he gave was no good.  The 800 he gave last week was to a business in Canada and the lady said she had be getting calls all day from this guy.

said her name was SUSAN JAMES and another person by the name of Marshal something.  Said my they needed to speak with someone TODAY to close out this account for Business Registry.com.  Said invoice was from 10/3/2011 for over $800.00.  I told them I would not authorize an invoice- they began to lie about things they just said.  I asked for a phone number to call them back- they then hung up.

What a jerk.  - guy with foreign accent.  .. sounded Filipino.
He said my domain name had expired. (I know it did NOT).  I said "Hey bud, if you think you're going to pull some kind of SCAM, then ...... " and he interrupted with expletives.. the *F* word.. and the *B* word... and hung up on me.
Has anyone reported this idiot's number to the FCC?

Just received a phone call from this number saying they were  Business Registry.com and that I owe them roughly $859.00 for two years of service.  They said they had already billed me after a year and since I did not pay it.last year, they needed to collect for two now.  I asked about who I could speak to regarding  this and there was no referral and that the number they were calling from was an online number.  In addition, they said that their service had given my business access to 7 major search engines.  I know who I pay my bills to for my web service and I never received an invoice thru the mail or online from these folks and I am very careful about this type of thing.  I asked them as to when did I give them verbal permission to bill me and they said Oct. 7th....but did not give the year.  Then I asked if I could hear the recording and they said they would transfer me...which meant they were hanging up.  They did not call back and I have turned the phone number over to the Country Fraud division.

had received at least 3 calls a day on a daily basis. Each time they asked for my husband (who is the owner) and all I would say is he is not available but I can take a message. each time is was the same, they would reply "no thank you ill call later". Today this rude foreign sounding guy begins to aggressively explain to me that our website was cancelled by the owner of our company and he was calling to give the "confirmation number of the cancellation" to the owner. I again explained to him that the owner was not in and if he would like I will take a message. This guy begins to shout and say "I need to talk to the owner because he needs the confirmation number of the cancellation to his web page". I calmly explained to him that I had been the person who answered every single call and have never passed any call to "the owner". I told him since you do have our email address on our "web page" then go ahead and email it to us and "the owner will have it". the guy hung up and 5 seconds later called back just to say "you dirty Mexican [***]!", so I said please say that again so that the recording will be clear. of course, he hung up

I got a call from Lora Davis saying that I owed 800 for the Yellow Page ads (I don,t have any) and that it will auto renew. Ok so i asked for the cancellation number then she said please hold when a guy who sonded like a Nigerian cop says this is being recorded he garbles Yellow pages, Google. Yahoo, Bing then I asked are you the yellow pages? his reply is I have to do this all over because of the recording is only thirty seconds, Ok the same routine 2 days of circles and saying I owe 800 if I don't pay right now it is going to collections. I am calling the YP fraud division.
