United Breast Cancer - Charity scammer.  They only donate 33 cents on the dollar...the majority 2/3 is "administration" and fund raising ---I am sure the President lives well.  They don't even check to see if the person they are calling has had breast cancer...particularly funny when they tell a survivor (who has never received any help from them) how they help everyone...just arrrrgh!  They just talk over you and try to trick you into agreeing to donate to them.

they are scammers who call almost every day even though they have been told to stop and i make a complaint to the "do not call" registry every time they call. they call from Atlantic City and will change their phone number (spoof) so DO NOT ANSWER THESE CALLS FROM ATLANTIC CITY!!!

The woman said, laughing, that it was harder to get me than it was to get her kids to clean their rooms;  I don't even know this person.

I receive 2-3 calls daily from this fake charity. It stops for a week or two and starts again! Yesterday I registered a complaint w/the FTC with a different number that I rec'd calls from (also UBC). Now I will register a complaint against this number. You should do the same!

She said the same thing to me! So rude and unprofessional.

Any charity who calls looking for a donation is forever removed from ever receiving
a penny from me - includes veterans, illness, etc...

didn't answer being there wasn't any  caller id glad  i didn't waste my time answering the phone. per the othercomments,just a scam.

every time she calls which is often - she treats me like a friend and always says I am so hard to get in touch with. I do not hang up, I  just put the phone down till she gets I am no longer there.

got a call  without picking up. thanks fro the summary, but what you describe is legitimate fundraising. One should always avoid 'charities' with low contribution to charitable expense ratios. These are tracked by watchdog organizations.  And as you note this is a low rate. They are to be shunned.
