Called twice went to straight to voice mail, phone did not ring?? Voice message sounds like a call center in the background with some saying hello repeatedly.

I also received two calls from this number, not sure if it rang, as it was my cell phone and was turned off.

I called it back and I got a recording telling me "all circuits are busy".

Just called once so far, but I did not recognize the number on my caller ID, so I did not answer, and they didn't leave a message.

IT is NCO financial out of Allentown, NJ

This number has called me several times. They ask for someone else. I can't understand the name because they do not speak English very well. I tell them they have the wrong number. They keep asking for my information until I hang up.

This number has called not only my cellphone mulitple times a day even after I put it on the do not call list but now they have called my parents who live in a different state asking for a variation of my real name. My parents don't have the same name as I do. Very creepy. Comes up as NCO. They never leave a message and when my mom answered the phone she told them that she had no idea who they were asking for and it scared her.

This company keeps calling me, even when they have stated they put me on their own do not call list.  I am waiting 24 hrs before taking further action.  You can call the number back and they will say they are NCO Finanacial and ask for your Capital One account number.  I assume they are a debt collection agency for Cap One.  They are asking for someone else that I have never heard of and Capital One is NOT What's in my wallet!  
FYI, 3rd party debt collecters may call a cellphone IF they have prior written consent from the debtor.  However, if the debtor gives a bogus number - that just happens to be yours - your SOL for the most part.

This company has called several times and do not tell who they are or what company they ork for.  Just got this number around 8 months ago and get continuous collectors calling for different people.  I can't get them to stop calling.  Anyone have any ideas how to get them to stop?

Just started calling my cell phone 2 days ago. When I call back I get a message telling me to hold for next available terrorist

called on cell didn't answer...

609 373 1904 called on 10/26 @7:30 PM, and left a message which said, 'Please stand by for an important message (a small pause) all our specialists are on other calls'  I wish there was some way to get them to stop this harassment.  I don't have a capital one card; my card is paid in full and hasn't been used in 6 months.

I received calls from this number for 3 days now. They don't leave a message. Caller ID say NCO.

Called my land line this morning at 8:16 am.  Just finished filing complaint with FCC and FTC about violating telemarketing calling hour restrictions.

I asked the Better Business Bureau.  They said to call the Attorney General, Do Not Call Registry at: 888-382-1222.  File a complaint is very easy.  Only takes a couple of minutes.  It is all automated.

Called the number back.  It was Capital One collections.  The operator stated that my number was a lead to find someone else.

This number calls me every evening between 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM for about two weeks now.  My caller ID reads as NCO.  I have no idea what they want, when I answer they hang up on me.  It is annoying me.  It's like they put me on an automatic timer.

Calls twice in a row 2 to 3 times a week for several months now and we don't owe them one cent. Just reported them. Thanks for the Attorney General phone number.

This number has been calling my cell number for almost a month, 3-4 times a day, 7 days a week, beginning at 8 am. No voice message is ever left. There is no name on caller ID, only the number.
