IRS is suing me too and wants me to call them

Claiming IRS filing lawsuit. SCAM, they don't know my name, they don't leave a case number. I am an accountant, the IRS does not operate that way.

Same as everyone else.  IRS has filed a lawsuit.  Ppfftt.

This is your final notice. IRS (Internal Revenue Service) is filing suit against me. They don't know my name. They mention to call back immediately to 1 609 961 1418.   What a SCAM!  I'm a 86 year old male. Never have owed the IRS a dime.

Ridiculous scam.
A recording was left saying that the IRS is suing us and this is our last chance.

I just got a call like this as well. I figured the same for the scam. WHen I googled the number this web page came up.

if life was movie mine would would be batshit crazy because family and enimies are out of their freaking minds.yes I am being funny sure if you think crazy is a good thing not really.

Called my personal cell. Left a message 11/12/15. Said the IRS has a claim against me.

I returned the call and said " I am calling the police and reporting your SCAM!!! "  They quickly hung up.  Beware all!!
The message said it was IRS CALLING TO INFORM ME OF FINAL NOTICE AND THEY WERE SUING ME>

Called threatening final notice of an IRS lawsuit against me. IRS never calls with such nonsense, and this is a well known scam.

Just got a call saying the IRS is suing me. They had my name and address. Asked them what my social security number was. He said call is being recorded and he can't disclose that information. I supposedly owe $6,000 from 2008-2013 taxes. Told him I would call irs myself to verify and hung up

Got same kind of stupid message.  "Final notice, will be filing lawsuit".  The IRS sends multiple notices via certified mail and then takes money from your financial institution.

Just got a call this morning. Glad I checked with this site.  Can't believe anybody is dumb enough to fall for this.
