this occurred around Thanksgiving 2009.
We are now in a discussion with visa about what to do.....
This is unacceptable. This company is wrong and threatening.. good luck with getting the harrassment to stop.

These people do the billing for adult web sites, like friend finder.com I had a huge bill attached to my credit card from friendfinder.com. I called the 610-757-1929 to dispute the charge, as I've never been to that site. The woman on the other end said that for them to be able to help me, I would have to provide them with my full credit card number, full name, address, etc. The wouldn't even give me the name of their company! Of course I didn't, and I had to have my card canceled. A good reason NOT to do business with friend finder!

I called this number after receiving numerous emails stating they are billing my credit card for 150.00 - I called them they are rude and insisted they are not billing me - I asked for a supervisor the woman on the other end just put me on hold for ever. They are crooks. Bad feeling about them - I called my bank and cancelled my credit card anyway.

This is a poor way to do business, but what do you expect from a "Customer Service" compay which caters to perverts and sexual deviants?

Samething happened to us, 2 charges from friend finder called them and they said they were a dating service and would need our credit card info to check. We had to cancel our bank card. Where do they get our #'s from?

Pl. Credit me the payments which FRIENDERFINDER HAS UNAUTHORISED TRANSCTION MADE to my Credit card as details :

I have no idea what this transaction was for, or the company who made the transaction by Capital One.

I just got a credit card bill for a card I have not used in 2 years. It has a billing for $150. from Friendfinder 6107571929. Who the heck are these people! No one here has used this service? Has my identity been stolen?

If its not you or your partner then your id has been stolen.  Report it because the web site has all the personal info on the person using the card.  

Think before you do this because it could turn out to be your partner who has not told you.

there has been money took out my husbands account for this frienfinder and this number. is this a scam or has he submited a membership and how can i find out. ive asked him he dosnt know anything about it, so he says.
