Since my phone number is "unlisted", the only folks with my number are friends, family, and any legitimate companies that I conduct business with.  If the number is not in my phone address book I do not pick up.  I have stopped marketing calls from my bank and credit card company as the telemarketers they had utilized in the passed were rude when I asked them not to call.  And those only stopped because I contacted my state Attorney Generals office with logs, dates, times, people I spoke to, etc.  SSI came across the caller id with only the area code; but once my answering machine picked up (my name is not announced to the caller) it must have captured the entire number.  In any case the [bleeping bleepers] can call all they want...I-Won't-Answer!

On the no call list !  Very annoyed, seems every day . Did not answer  & will not !

My caller ID says "SSI" aparently it is for this survey company.

Since this is a political survey, the do-not-call list does not apply to it.  Politicians couldn't possibly follow the same rules as private companies....  always exempting themselves from what they impose on us.

It was a survey for a chain store that I frequent.

call several times a week, either a dead line when I pick up, or this last time they wanted to speak to someone I never heard of.  Calls have come in on 829-9023 and 910-8037, no area codes but could be 610, 215, 484 all local area codes.

Some computer generated call. It is for a cruise? I used to get these a lot before but I just started getting them again within the last 3 days.

The number comes over as SSI, which is a survey marketing group called Survey Sampling International.  Complaints can be submitted to the FCC.  I report all unwanted calls.
