BEST BUY legitimate, Calling me back to make arrangements for TV repairman to come out and fix my TV that's under warranty.

This company and not best buy but the contractor are horrible. They are disrespectful and rude. I had an issue with a delivery driver and he became physical and harmed me with the lift gate on the truck because he did not want to take a refrigerator out of our house because the doors were removed. They would not be able to get it out with the doors on. But next time they come the doors will be on and we will not allow them to remove them while in our house. Good luck getting it out the door. The driver Blair was extremely disrespectful and had his partner lower the lift gate on the truck onto my legs and bruised them. He said we will never get our refrigerator we bought and good luck getting our money back. I hope Best Buy uses another company soon and charges are going to be filed on Blair and his partner.
