I have no idea who this is or why they are calling but they call almost everyday and hang up! They don't ask for anyone! Annoying!

They call every day sometimes mor than couple of times.  No one is EVER on the other end when I answer.

They call and never leave a message!  Who is this??

I just got this call as well..........very annoyiing, how can I report this?

Calls about 3-4 times daily when i answer no one answers back and they never leave a message

I received this call once on Oct 26 - didn't answer it and no message was left.  I don't know anyone in Minnesota.  I also received another suspious phone call.  Their number is 763-392-3795.  Also another Minneapolis number.

I've been getting several calls a day. Rings twice and nothing.

I got 2 calls today from them. No message.

Will not stop calling

Call twice a day and will not leave a message.  Person had Asain accent and would not identify who they were.  Also getting calls from 763.392.3796 - all calls out of MN

It would be so nice if you would leave a mess.Or state who you are.

phone rang twice with long distance allert tone, then whoever hung up before answering machine turned on.

just got this call. curious about the number, looked it up, got here. ??? no message was left.

I have gotten 14 calls in the last 3 days from this number. They don't leave a message and when I do answer nobody is there. I am about two days away from turning the number in for harrassment.

The number is Target.  It's their collection department.  Maybe if you'd pay your bill they woudln't call.

Hmm, funnyguy, how do YOU know who it is then?! LOL

I have received several calls and rarely shop at Target and have no Target credit card.
