Got a rude recording about how I can lower my credit card interest rates. I am on the Do Not Call Registry.

I'm also on the Do Not Call Registry...worthless!  Received a call from this number as well.  Totally a scam!

Same thing....they call from so many different numbers I wonder how they get away with it!

Annoying.....3rd time they have called today trying to get my CC #. Scam....

Just got another call from this number seeking to help get better interest rates on credit cards - a total phishing scam. Calls come a couple of times a week from this number and from a couple of other numbers - same recording, different numbers. At least this time it says this is my "last chance" to give them my credit card info!!! I hope it is my "last chance."

just got the call @1:27.  They must do a mass calling at certain hours.  ANNOYING

I just received this call now and ignored it... called back and busy tone..For years i get calls 2-10 times a week like this. i've been on the DoNotCall list and that doens't do anything at all. It cost $35 to change my phone number along with the many hassles there are in doing that in which i'd probably end up still getting calls anyways eventually. Wish there was someone that can crack down on busting these people and throwing them in jail and fining them! should be treated like drug dealers

is there anything that we can do?  If this is phishing it is a criminal.  If it is telemarketing (i.e. slimy but legal) they are subject to laws.

Today I received a call from 612-325-8774 offering to lower my credit card interest rate.

I've been receiving continuing calls from this company identifying themselves as "Account Services."  The automated recording states that they are calling to help me lower my interest rate on my credit cards and does NOT have a method for removal. Multiple times I have pressed 1 to be connected to an agent. I have been unable to get the agent to give me any details about the company calling me - they always want me to give up my information first. I have asked them not to call me anymore but they continue to call.

I believe that they are spoofing phone numbers as well. Calling back the number on my Caller ID never gets me a valid number and the number on my Caller ID is from a different city and state every time they call.

These people are not just breaking the law, they are in flagrant disregard of it.

Have also been called numerous times from several different area codes. I do not answer and no meassage is left. I just wonder how they got my cell number........

Just received a recorded robocall on my cell phone from "Ann at credit card services" informing this is my lucky day because she will be able to lower my credit card interest rates.  Got to be a scam.

This was a recorded message, telling me I could lower the interest rate on my credit card. I'm on the do-not-call registry. How do these people get away with this?

It looks like I've been having the same experience as everyone else. They DO use multiple phone numbers. One time I asked which account was this regarding, they hung up.  Add me to the do not call list- hung up on again. If trying to contact them- a circle of phone numbers that go no where! They offer to consolidate my credit cards, implying I have one with them. LOL- I don't have a credit card!
PLEASE, EVERYONE- file your complaint with the donotcall.gov registry. SCAM!!!

Me too - we are all on the do not call list and I got this same call a little while ago.  Good Grief - wasting our time and minutes too.
