A recorded message that there was a change to my account. They had my last name correct but not the first name.

Unfortunately I don't have a T-Mobile account and never have had one.

This is T-Mobile trying to trick you into answering your phone by spoofing their main numbers and having them look like local calls. You'll notice that when they first start calling you they call with their regular 800 number but eventually they switch to this tactic. I've had T-Mobile for over 8 years and I purposely do not pay on time as they do not pay their own bills on time. They get their money from me when I decide to give it to them and I never once answer their calls.

One of the reasons I do this is because some [***] that works there started arguing with me telling me I gave them my parents phone number and authorized them to call there. I had repeatedly asked for that number to be removed and yet they continued to call my parents (who I don't even live with -- I'm almost 30). I told the [***] on the phone to quit arguing with me, take my parents number off, or I was gonna sue them for violating collection practices. Thatt shut her up real quick.

You sound like a real standup, responsible, classy lady.
    Nice language.

APPARENTLY this call comes from T-Mobile, which I find annoying and sneaky. It happens when your bill is overdue. Right, overdue -- when in fact, it's just DUE. They want you to pay for the upcoming month, not for the month just past.

This number called ... At first they said there was a change to our TMobile account.  Press 1 if this is you.  1 was pressed.  Then a person came on and said we were overdue for a certain amount. (Correct amount).  We were in danger of being disconnected immediately.  She wanted to put it on a bank account ending in xxxx ( correct).  Since we had called earlier to let them know we were paying on line this afternoon, and had been told there was no danger of being disconnected, asked for a supervisor.  She wanted to know why.  Eventually put us on hold and it disconnected.

We called TMobile and they denied it was them, stating they would never ask for a bank number on their call.  They would just disconnect us.  Obviously a Phishing call.  Possibly they are getting account information from a TMobile employee.
