this person called at 8:30 am on a saturday morning.  I thought telemarketers were restricted to a time in which to call.  I would have answered, but I understand that if you answer a telemarketer's phone call they pass it on to others as a viable phone number.  Of course, when you answer and ask them not to call, they just hang up on you.  I thought I would write them a letter.

Called 8:25 in am with no response when answered. Annoying so early in the morning.

The guy called me also at 8:30 this morning. I saw it was what I thought to be a local cell phone number so I answered it. The guy could barely speak English and said his name was Samir. He asked for me by name and said there were spikes in Internet and that was slowing down my computer.  That is when I hung up on this guy. Guessing he was fishing for information. Anyone else get this?
