Report a phone call from 612-466-2400 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- Ted JohnsonThis is an automated call from United healthcare. Since i joined through AARP, i've been inundated with them. They give me no opportunity to opt out. I called UHC customer service & they assured me it would stop, but a week later I'm still getting them.
i can read this info on their website. I do not want them calling me!- Caller: United healthcare
- Call type: Survey
- Tex| 1 replyThanks to the information provided on this message board. I dialed the number back from my land line. They provide an option to enter the number you wish to be added to their do not call list. I did add my cell phone number and it said I would be added to the do not call list at that number. If it wasn't for the previous post I would have figured it was a spam etc phone call.
Hope my information helped- Caller: United Health Care

- Glenna Hall and James HallSince we joined AARP Medicare Complete the phone calls have been non-stop. One of us gets one almost every day. We have called, asking to be removed from their list, but to no avail. Please, if someone knows how to stop them, please tell us. We probably will not want to stay with their advantage plan if we have to take this constant aggravation. It is not worth it.
- Caller: AARP Medicare Complete UHC
- rm replies to TexUnfortunately, that does not work as I am still getting them. I also called the main office and they promised to make sure I was taken off, and I am still getting them. This isn't even a phone call for me, it's for somoene else and they are calling my work line!
- rmThis is not from AARP: Please call 800.711.6088 United Healthcare Medicare Advantage
- PhoneGuyWhen you receive a call from an unknown number, don't be afraid to answer it, even if it is a bill collector. Request the caller to add your number to THEIR do not call list. If they call again, file a complaint with your State Attorney General.
If it is a recorded message, call the number back. 612-466-2400 has menu items, Press 1 and enter your phone number. You will be removed from the UHC sales 'fish' list (but AARP won't get a
$ kickback from UHC sales).
Note: just because your number is on the National Do Not Call list, it does not exclude calls from companies which you have done business such as AARP to whom you gave your secret unlisted, unavailable, do not call, phone number.
Reminder: Congress exempted themselves from DNC, so expect a lot of calls from political parties this year.
Answer the phone call! Entering a complaint here won't stop harassing phone calls. Instead, enter some valuable information here such as caller's company, address, call center phone number, etc..- Caller: PhoneNet for UHC

- AnonymConfirming it is from UHC in MN. I added my number per the instructions for the "Do Not Call List."
- Caller: UHC

- wes brauchthese damm people call and talk for 20 minutes for no reason. they give you the option to stop the calls but do not. this is bull [***]

- AMS| 1 replyDo not call list will not work since you do business with them, they are exempt. At least that is my understanding.
They are horrible! I do suspect this is a revenue generator for them in some manner and not out of the goodness of their heart; which is what they would want us to believe.
No matter how many times you ask the calls to stop, they do not.
Please explain the safety in encouraging folks to give information to some anonymous computer!
Please call and write your Congressman and Senator or call the media and ask them to find out 1) What are the questions that AARP wants answered - AARP won't tell me...they say even they do not know. 2) Who is paying for this? 3) Any medicare or government funding going to UHC for the data collection. 4)Why do they need this and what will they do with the information?
On the House Calls program....... 1) Are they profiling people to call?
2)When the House calls person comes to your home and it for some reason is not up to their standards, will they refer you to a nursing facility? 3) why do they want to come to our homes in the first place...?
I wonder why the medical claims data submitted by the physician is not enough, or the type of tests you get, or the prescriptions you pick up...... don't they already have that??????
Send letters, make calls because we are entitled to know what they are doing and why. Medicare pays more than $1100 per month to UHC for each beneficiary enrolled in the plan, it is subsidized by the government. They do not tell you that! They do tell you this is all "FREE" and you only pay your copays and your medicare deduction from your social security check.- Caller: AARP Medicare Complete/United Healthcare
- kay replies to AMSIn the past six months I've received about 120 calls from them, if you consider that they call at least 20 times a month. I tried call blocking and it didn't work because they just used another number. I now have added six different numbers for United Healthcare's telemarketers in my call blocking. In October, when it is open enrollment period I'm going to change my Medicare provider. I bet United will continue to call even after I've gotten rid of them. But at least I'll have some satisfaction in having dumped them.
