who is this unidentified party?

We live in St. Paul MN and have been receiving calls from this number for a couple weeks.  We've been ignoring them, as weren't expecting any deliveries.  Today I answered to ask to put on a "do not call" listing and they just hung up.

Anyone know what this is?

Recommend filing a complaint with MN State Attorney General office. Consider legal action not only against party engaging in phone harrassment, but also against phone carrier that is allowing this illegal activity

This number keeps calling us and we just ignore it.  I am going to find out how to file a complaint with the MN State Attorney Generals Office. We are on the DO NOT CALL list and still get all these types of calls.  It is very annoying.

Ever since the Target security breach I have been hammered by solicitation phone calls. The number is one of them. I answered the first time and it was a recording. Now I just ignore it. In 1 week's time frame I have been receiving at least 30 phone calls a day from solicators which all started in the last week in a half. This number calls me at least once a day.

Kept calling on my work phone. with this same number.

I answered - man said "Hello" I asked "Who's calling?" He immediately hung up. Have received multiple calls from same number

I keep receiving annoying texts from this number at all times of day and night, is there anyway to make it stop?

I've been getting these illegal robo-calls, even though I will never be a Star Tribune newspaper subscriber.  The Strib uses 3rd party telemarketers to boost subscriptions to their liberal rag.

Supposedly they are calling to ask if you received the free express circular at the end of your driveway, with coupons and advertisements - and want to verify your address and if you still wanted to receive these circulars. These scumbags are leaving non-requested advertising circulars, and then violating the Do Not Call list by robo-calling individuals to verify they received the circulars. Talk about illegal!

I called the number back and it is from Creditor Advocates.  Not sure how this number can be the same for Creditor Advocates and the Star Tribune and deliveries.  But that is how it was answered when I called

Creditor Advocates - calling on behalf of some healthcare provider, insisted that I owed them money from last year, when all claims have been paid for my sons cancer via my health care insurance carrier. Called me rude for stating the facts and ended the call.
